jade travel sold a flight ticket $607.99 and due to family emergency i did travel so contacted the airline for a traveling credit. I was told to contact JADE TRAVEL,I kept calling but no answer,I left voice message no call back.***NO MONEY BACK AND I HAD TO PURCHASED ANOTHER TICKET FROM A.A.***I DONT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT TO ANYONE,THEY ARE THIEFS,AND SCAMMERS...DO NOT TRUST THIS TRAVEL AGENT!!!

I went there to purchase Japan Rail certificates for my upcoming trip. The representative knew exactly what I was looking for, and found me the form to complete almost instantly. She guided me through the whole process of choosing the right pass and supplying the correct information. It took a few minutes for the back office to type up the certificates. I took the certificates to Japan, and I exchanged them for the actual passes right at the airport without a hitch.

Jade travel booked my flights to Brazil on behalf of trip.com. These were cancelled because of the pandemic in March. I have been trying to get refunded for the flights but Jade travel are not replying to my messages. This agency have no customer service as they are not replying to my messages. I have been trying to claim a refund for the past 6 months.
