Thiva from budget towing is really helpful. He arrived my garage within an hour which is on time and he definitely good at his job! I made a stupid mistake to stop the engine and he makes me feel much better by sharing his experience.Very reasonable price compared other towing company, 5 star service!

Daytime service or tows are spectators, the drivers are caring and helpful. I loved dispatching for your company BUT ... I need my tire changed and have two Chaser’s on me refusing to leave (waiting on CAA), they’re persistent buggers. I tried calling the after hours service and unfortunately there is no driver on tonight.I have given you 4 stars because l know first hand that daytime service is spectacular.

They charged me $150 for a tow. When I got home and looked at the receipt, the total was $80. They are a bunch of scammers, do not trust them. I will also be reporting them to the BBB.

Needed to tow a car from one location to another. Cathy was really nice on the phone. Both prices and phone manner was the best out of all other places I called. Tow truck showed up within the hour and the driver was polite. Paid what was quoted over the phone with no problems or change in mark up.

A bit of a hit and miss. I've been here many times over the last 20 years and more recently I've noticed a bit of an issue with the equipment. A few times I've put in money and the water pressure is more like a garden hose rather than a high pressure washer. The other time I couldn't get some of the features to work properly and had to move my car to another stall and wasted a few $'s. I know you ask why do I go back? It's one of the closer self sever locations to my home.

As a driver, I would NEVER recommend using these guys. The drivers at Budget are paid little and treated like garbage, so I'm not surprised to see so many negative reactions about the service they received. Their business" is nothing more than a trailer in a lot behind a car wash
