I bought a New 2023 Rx 350 for my wife, as a 10th wedding anniversary surprise gift. Had a fantastic experience with North west Lexus.Everyone I met there was wonderful, approachable, helpful and knowledgable. I worked with Jagmeet and Lyda through the entire purchase. They both went above and beyond in customer service and really made this such an easy decision and a seamless hassle-free process. I got my car delivered in just 5 days!Best experience I've had with a car dealership. Would recommend this team highly.

Extremely satisfied with my mother's purchase of her Lexus NX350H. Jagmeet and Muska were very professional and made the sales process exceptionally easy. Due to our circumstances, they were able to work with management to have the vehicle prepared for pickup earlier than expected. The dealership was very transparent and educated us on services without being pushy. I appreciated the honesty throughout the entire process.We also were also happy to have spent an hour with Daniel who was very patient in explaining the vehicle's interior features and infotainment system. He made the purchase that much better. Our family looks forward to being repeat buyers.

She was helpful, knowledgeable & honest. Even after I declined to take advantage of a promo on air filters, thinking I'll get the parts myself & install them. Only to realize that one filter from another establishment that rhymes with Papa, cost more than the promo. She gladly told me to come back to the dealership & they would take care of everything. I appreciate her understanding & calm demeanor & her ability to coordinate & get things done with the various departments. Loving my new RX350H that Calvin helped me with. Living 1.5 hours away he was so helpful, and made the process enjoyable and easy. Ask for Calvin he's great. The dealership was very fair with my trade in. I also got the pleasure of dealing with Daniel for the tech set up. He knows his stuff and explains it well.
