This shop is so unique. They have a huge variety of really cool and interesting clocks. I bought a beautiful pendant watch on my most recent visit. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend stopping in!!

A dear old friend who is a true, passionate, and renowned horologist and collector patiently taught me appreciation for old clocks years ago. So every time I see an antique clock shop, I feel the urge to check it out. This is why on Halloween, I had to walk into this shop with my kids and another friend and her two kids, exclaiming how much I love old clocks. She apparently remembered that and when my birthday came around, she went back to get a clock for me. But then had to give up because the visit turned into a horrible experience. I had promised the owner that I would come back to the store to check it out without my excited kids, but upon hearing my friend's story, I am aghast! When somebody asks why something in your store costs this or that much, the cynical answer should not be, Because people want to pay this or that much"! True horologists educate the public what gives old clocks their value! Nor is it ok to mock new customer for not knowing anything about the objects you sell! Aubrey and staff were instrumental in fixing a family heirloom, a 1952 Tissot. He was recommended by a family friend . Although I have over an hour drive time to get to the shop , I will go no where else . I trust Aubrey and his staff with this special watch and all our other watch & clock service needs . If I could give 100 gold stars I would !

I needed the battery changed in my old watch and received excellent service within 5 minutes of arrival. Friendly, courteous, and affordable. The shop is very interesting too! Thank you for the quick and efficient service. Highly recommend.

I had been looking for a local spot to have my batteries replaced on a few pieces for sometime now. Today while driving and remembering I had one of older Bulovas in the car decided to stop by. Charming little spot and staff. Had my watch ticking again in no time at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend and will be back with the rest.

I brought my recently inherited tall grandfather clock to Aubrey to restore the works. It had not been operated for nearly 20 years and was in need of a full overhaul as well as some repairs. This clock has been in my family since it was built around 1820. I am the 8th generation to own it, so it was very important to find someone I could trust and who truly cared about this antique. I spoke with many clock experts in King County and ultimately decided to put my trust in Aubrey. His knowledge and enthusiasm assured me he was the right choice. Aubrey delivered 100% and he was a pleasure to work with. If you have a family heirloom that keeps time and needs some TLC, I highly recommend Aubrey to bring it back to life! You will not be disappointed!

This is a great little clock store!!!The owner is so nice and very eager to help. He has so many clocks. He has Grandfather and Grandmother clocks many Koo Koo clocks some real nice ones. Desk clocks from new too original classic. Retro original alarm clocks. Real neat wall clocks of all sorts.I went in for a watch battery with my wife, and left with a owl wall clock and a owl necklace watch. Both for my wife she loves anything owl. She wanted the owl Koo Koo clock, maybe later.All and all this is a great local business. A clock store that harkens back to a time when you didn't just go buy a new cheap clock when the old one broke, a time you went to your clock maker and had it repaired by someone who has real skills in their craft. I live a ways away from this fine establishment but will definitely make my way to him when I have a clock need. 10 out of 10, 5 star store.

Went to Aubrey's to see if they would change a watch battery. Was told that there wasn't any point in changing the battery on a crappy watch like the one I had.The watch had been purchased at Aubrey's.So apparently they sell crappy watches and then don't want to service them. Actually, the watch isn't crappy at all, just inexpensive. I've had the battery on that watch (which has worked fine for years) changed multiple times at other locations, because I'm certainly never going back to this place.
