Variety of styles and often amazing deals. From my experience the quality is great too, although maybe not as soft and comfy as something more expensive. But super cute and lasting clothes for great price ~

Not once was I asked if I needed any assistance. I watched a younger lady put over a dozen shirts in her bag. When I mentioned it to the staff they were to busy having their own chats about their upcoming weekend and I quote km

I did run into the one bad experience of customer service and another less than kind employee, however there were 2 great girls in the back who I should give credit to. Especially one who's shift ended around 4pm.

Great clothes, great prices, lots of change rooms. One of my favourite stores, but service has gone downhill recently or I would have given it 5 stars. I waited forever to use a change room last time I was there. An employee walked by, looked at me, did not acknowledge me and then left. Thought maybe she was going to get someone to open a room for me, but nobody came. Walked to the cash where two girls were working, saw a man who appeared to be a manager not working with customers, got his attention, asked to use the change room. He hardly acknowledged me, told the girls to let me in, they acknowledged the request with the barest of care, then continued to work very slowly. I waited forever, had to give up and put stuff back because I was starting to run out of time to get to my appointment. I had given myself an abundance of time to shop first, and I worked retail in a busy store before for 4yrs, so I give plenty of allowances. The staff just honestly didn't seem to care much about working there. With a manager that barely acknowledges his customers, it sets the tone for the rest of the staff. I had to go back later. This time I didn't have to wait long at the change room, but the checkout staff were still pretty unenthused. Very nice clothes, but as far as service goes, you can do better. In the past it was much better there, and I am judging this location against its former service levels.

Staff is friendly but found that their selection of clothing was mediocre, they had quite a variety but I felt that I most likely wasn't the target consumer. I am a man in his 20s with a more soft and feminine sense if style.

If I could give zero stars I would have. Went into the Sudbury location to buy my Dad a birthday gift. Spent 20 min looking at mens clothing and the guy folding clothes did not even acknowledge once that I was there...just kept folding clothes. So, found everything I needed without help...got to the cash and waited for almost 5 minutes for one of the girls to stop discussing her plans from the previous night, and put my sale through. No hello...didnt ask if I found everything I was looking for...did not explain the return policy, and did not even say thank you or have a good day. Literally put the sale through without speaking and left the cash when she was done. Totally rude and poor customer service. As a manager myself, I would not stand for this lack of customer service. It was awful

I really do like this store, they have very nice clothes but what I just can't stand is that they just don't have XXL size for bigger guys and it sucks. Their clothes are so nice and I feel like I'm missing out of being able to wear them.

Good tunez, friendly staff, and great merchandising products displayed easy on the eyes.
