Excellent service, up front details about work to be undertaken along with detailed costs ahead of time. Efforts were made to accommodate me along with lending me a carrier to bring my bike home. Another outstanding feature is that employees receive a living wage!!

I bought my Trek Dual Sport bike 2.5 years ago and absolutely love my bike! It is wonderful to buy a quality product from a local shop but more importantly I love the professional and friendly service. I also appreciate the call I receive in the spring to remind me to bring my bike in for its yearly free service. Great to get my bike in early to beat the rush so I can start cycling as soon as the weather allows. Peter and all the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and approachable.Our cycling group had a Bike Maintenance Workshop... Peter was very professional and it was a wonderful experience! All 18 ladies were empowered knowing we can all change and repair a flat tire and reinstalling the chain should it come off while out on route.

Staff were very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Pricing was exactly in line with what I expected and service was completed quickly. Bike was repaired, tuned up, and polished. They did a great job on it!

The staff at Heritage Bikes are a pleasure to work with. They’re knowledgable and skilled about bikes and won’t steer you wrong. They helped me decide on a Trek electric bike and appropriate accessories and I couldn’t be happier. Heritage Bikes also helped my partner recycle her lovely town bicycle and when we saw it carefully parked outside the local clinic, back in use, it warmed our hearts.

Occasionally l need repairs/ service on my beloved Cannondale bicycle. These folks are solid !They are deserving of the highest rating because they earned it. They are also fine conversationists !
