Our washer and dryer both broke down at the same time and Henry helped us with the purchase of a brand new LG stand up washer and dryer.His service was perfect, he took our old appliances off our hands (saved us a trip to the dump) and the gentleman in the warehouse loaded me up in record time.I strongly recommend trail Appliances Southside for anyone who needs new appliances.

Lana at Trail Appliances South has provided us with amazing customer service. I can call or email her, and she makes everything easy. She is extremely knowledgeable, and I can trust her to help us in a timely manner. We have bought most appliances from her over the last few years, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family - in fact we already have, and they were happy as well. We will be working with her soon for a washer and dryer and I don't doubt it will be the same excellent service!

My husband and I woke up Friday morning to a broken refrigerator. After looking at replacements online, I decided to call Trail and see what my options were for models, delivery time frame etc. I was put through to Anju who was incredibly helpful! By Monday afternoon, we had our new fridge delivered and by Tuesday morning, the water hook up was complete. Overall, I’m so happy with the experience.I took one star off because the receptionist/first point of contact is NOT pleasant. I can understand the frustration of having multiple phone lines ringing off the hook, but taking that out on potential customers is less than appealing.

Went in looking for a spare part for my range hood, anyways long story short. Great customer service, I was satisfied with the response and assistance. But daym they have a massive collection of some great looking appliances. Thermador is the best in this game !!!

Henry was awesome! Customer focused. We have purchased 10 appliances over 5 the last few years and Henry has been great in all transactions, always going beyond what was required (even if he was not getting any commission). In the 10 transactions, we had 3 different salespersons - one has retired, and 2 are still working there..... and Henry is the best by a country mile!

Awesome experience with Henry. He was super patient we us and gave us all the information we were needed and looking for when buying our fridge. Very happy with the final decision. We did go through discussion on potentially fixing our current issues and pros and cons going that way to finally making the proper choice. He took the time to check everything to make sure that on the day of the delivery we won’t have any surprises. Thank you so much Henry!

The best thing about shopping at Trail was the sales person, Nam. He was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. It was a very pleasant experience. We are happy with our purchase and will go back when we need another appliance.

We purchased all new appliances for our new home on June 10th, turns out the stove has a fried mother board, never have use it! The repair man came 2 weeks later and told us it would be 2 to 4 weeks for the part! We are 3 weeks now with no stove! There is no exchange! There is no accountability from the store! Call manufacturer! Only thing they tell us! We will go back to homedepot for our next purchase!

Worst Store, Worst People!!!Model number NX60T8511SSThis is the worst appliance store with absolute pathetic customer service. I bought an electric/ gas range Samsung NX60T8511SS in January 2022 from this location. It has only been a year and a half, and the touch pad no longer works which has disabled us from using our oven for over a week. Since when are stoves disposable? We contacted the store to resolve this issue however we were turned away where the service department said that this is a common issue, this was never mentioned while I was buying the stove for $2200. The customer service team was incredibly rude and did not provide any reasonable alternative. The salesperson Syed highly recommended this product, he also recommended a contractor for installation who quoted me $1500, while market price for installation is $750. No one should go near this store; these people enjoy taking people’s hard-earned money but take no responsibility for their terrible service and substandard products. I warn everyone including my friends to never go near this company. I have many friends moving to Edmonton in the next few months and will have them avoid this shady company.
