Very friendly staff. Beautiful location. Trish is an exceptional esthetician. However the light fixture in the waxing room is not conducive to a clents perapective. It didn't make any sense to me.

I have used a lot of different low end and high end products on my hair over the years from all over the world. My hair is “my thing”! I have thick long coloured hair past my shoulders. However I have never had a consistent salon like feel to my hair at home from any products until now with Oribe!! OMG my hair is silky soft and so shiny every day!! It’s like I’m walking out of the salon every morning. I never make reviews but I am making an exception for this unbelievable line of hair products, oh and the perfume is unbelievable to. It’s totally worth the investment in the product. I’ve never had to use so little product to get the desired effects. Don’t wait to try this line. You won’t regret it.

I used to go to the London all the time to get my hair cut but then my hairdresser left. I had returned summer of 2020 for a haircut by a new hairdresser. I love the setting at the London it is quiet and relaxing. I called and left a message before Christmas to get a hair cut .... but no one ever returned my call. So I have left another message this week to book an appointment ..... but again 2 days later still no one has returned my call.

I had my first visit to The London today for a cut and colour service. Meka gave me a beautiful blunt bob that was everything I asked for. She is a treat to chat with and so personable. Ashley fixed some colour banding issues I had and I left with a stunning cool colour. She was so much fun and very professional. Ashley also recommended some great products and I can’t wait to visit again. They were a great team for my hair. Highly recommend!

10/10 will recommend this place to everyone. Their new hairstylist Raza is an amazing listener and hairstylist. He carefully heard what haircut I wanted and gave me the exact cut. His work is detailed and great. Their front desk staff is so welcoming. Definitely will be going back.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this one..this I was my first visit and wow I was amazed with the quality of customer service to begin with. Had my hair done ( cut and style) my stylist Ishtiyak Raza was beyond superb. I would highly recommend him to get an awesome haircut..finally found my go to place

Extremely friendly staff! Trish gives the best waxing experience! She’s extremely friendly and makes the time fly by! I’ve never felt so comfortable during a wax before! She makes sure you are comfortable and is diligent to make sure every little hair is no more! The London will be my permeant place to go for waxing!
