I had a gas furnace installed in October 2021 and recently had a problem with my thermostat. Trent showed up immediately to effect a good repair and replacement no charge to me. Polite, helpful, and considerate. His wife Jessica is very good to deal with when calling in, sweet lady. Highly recommend Tilley's.
