I called to book an appointment for my new business venture - they said they were busy and I could only do create a business account over the phone - I requested an appointment - they scheduled me for 2pm Friday - When 2pm Friday came along I got no phone call - I called the branch after 15 mins - they said I was never scheduled - I asked what are next steps and how do we correct this - the lady put me hold and then hung up on me - very disorganized branch - find another one - surprised for the beaches

My unit number and spelling of street address was incorrect. Would not have received any mail from TD had I not double-checked online the teller’s changes.I would have done it myself online but the links were not working on the website.Also, in the same visit, a teller opened up and directly served the person behind me.

Any time make an appointment with advisor waiting time at least halfhour. Last saturday women walked by us, said i need lunch, you can wait a little. And left. Not happy
