Jerry was amazing! I felt completely comfortable in the store, never felt pressured to buy anything and he made sure me and my boyfriend were very happy with the ring. They even got it done in about 3-4 hrs since we don’t live in the area. I’m obsessed with my ring.

I came in on Saturday to have a clasp on my necklace fixed. After checking out a few other jewellers in the mall, I was referred to Design Jewellers and was not disappointed. Alex did the repair on the spot, and charged me an extremely reasonable price for the clasp replacement compared to another jeweller. He also fixed my grandmother’s ring that was squished, and answered my questions as to what stone was in it. Needless to say, I will make the trip back to WEM to see Alex for any other repairs I may need. Excellent customer service, and lovely staff!

After multiple negative experiences dealing with jewelers, meeting Melanie and Alex at Design Jewelers turned our experience into something wonderful. We had a particularly specific ring design in mind, and they went to great lengths to ensure that our vision was realized. Pavel, the gentleman who designs/renders the jewelry, is a magician and was willing to go through several revisions, bringing the design from our heads into reality. The ring turned out exquisitely! In addition, we owe them a great deal of thanks for getting it to us on time on very short notice.If you are in the market to get a custom ring made, do yourself a favour and talk to Melanie or Alex at Design Jewelers.

Asked them if they can change my Tissot watch battery, they said they can.The guy took it inside for 30 minutes and came back told me that he damaged the seal, and he won’t charge me for the new battery.Short story long, the watch never worked properly after that day, it was always off.Had to send it to Vancouver to get it repaired. Costed me 312 dollars.If you don’t know what you are doing, don’t reck people stuff.Update after owner's response:1- The events you are describing did not happen with me, I think you are getting confused with all the dissatisfied customers.2- I was only at your store once, my watch was brand new, no more than 3 years old with its original battery.3- my watch battery died like any other battery, you replaced it with a new battery, it was working but not keeping up with time (losing an hour everyday)4- I recall your tech was extremely nervous after he had worked on it. I am 100% certain something happened to my watch in the back shop.5- It is ok to admit you did not a great job and promise you will do better next time!

I can't say enough good stuff about these guys. I've worked with them a couple times for some jewellery repairs which were always excellent experiences, but my last experience with them was exceptional.My fiance proposed at Christmas with a beautiful 3-stone engagement ring he purchased in Calgary. While I loved the concept of the setting and the diamonds were stunning, it was quite uncomfortable because it had really sharp edges and spun around because it was top heavy and I have big knuckles and skinny fingers.For a SUPER reasonable price, they melted down my setting, added a bit more gold to beef it up, gave it a flat bottom and counterweights to stop it from spinning, thickened the band, all while keeping the overall design of the setting that I loved so much. I am more than impressed with their work.They were easy to work with, kept me informed by sending life-like CAD designs for review and creating a wax mold, and they had the work done in under two weeks from when I dropped it off. I'm blown away! Thank you Design Jewellers, you guys are rockstars.

If you want personal attention and genuine care and quality, come straight here. We bought my weeding ring here over 30 years ago and the same owner knows us by name and still takes care of us. Our son just had his own wife's ring custom designed here. This family-run business is the best in town!

I bought a necklace for my girlfriend there and I had hardly ever stepped foot in a jewelry store before. Olga was amazing, she walked me through every aspect start to finish, explaining all the materials, the different specifications, and the symbolic meanings of the stones and metals.After I made the purchase, I actually second-guessed my choice and returned the next day to look at more options. Olga was there again to help me find exactly what I was looking for, no questions asked. The exchange was seamless. We ended up swapping the pendant to a nicer chain, and she did it completely free of charge. I left happier than I came without having to spend a dime. They really put the customer first and want your long term business. Super respectable business, can’t recommend this place enough.

Went in to look at engagement rings. When I was inside, I spoke with Olga, who told me about their custom pieces and that they would be able to make me exactly what I wanted at an affordable price. Absolutely love the results, and I couldn't be happier.

After doing extensive research online and speaking with a handful of local jewellers, I am grateful to have come across Amy at Design Jewellers last year. Her knowledge in diamonds was a great asset in finding the perfect diamond for my wife. After securing the diamond, it wasn't long before Amy sent me the designs for the band and a matching engagement ring that we had discussed. My wife is extremely happy with both rings and receives compliments on them all the time. Lorinda, Olga and team were a great help when it came to designing the perfect ring. From the first day to picking up the finished product, the process was trusting and smooth. From shopping around getting quotes, Design gave me accurate quotes and the best price. I heard about design from a couple close friends that recently proposed, they are all very happy with what design produced.
