Crazy driver... Dangerously follows other vehicles too close... A truck that size can do a lot of damage... They obviously don't care...

As a former employee and driver they don't really care you are right.There training of drivers is a joke improper circle checks half fixed trucks. It's all show and no Gooo.

I just witnessed one of your delivery driver’s doing a hit-and-run at the blue cactus in the Byward market and he proceeded to tell me that it was the businesses fault for having an umbrella a foot over there fence. He proceeded to respond with profanities and would not take responsibility for his actions and proceeded to do a delivery at another location a block away. This man hit the first umbrella in drive and then reversed the truck and hit another umbrella fence and table where there were over 10 people enjoying their lunch. They could have been killed very easily. I have given all the appropriate information to the establishment for what I witnessed and I will attach a photo of the individual here. This is unacceptable and I don’t believe you want your business being represented by somebody as unprofessional as this. I expect this employee to be reprimanded appropriately for their actions today and I don’t believe they should be behind the wheel of a delivery vehicle.

Terrible experience with them. Their driver parked the truck in our driveway and knocked out our side light.When I asked them to fix /replace /or pay for it they kept saying they're sending a guy to fix it. This went on for months.Finally I got fed up and told them this was it. The manager started mocking me with gibberish pretending to be Japanese.Just appalling disrespectful behaviour.Best to avoid them.

Terrible company to deal with if you are in a road accident with. Call police and insurance IMMEDIATELY if u have a mishap with these guys!!!!
