When you are in need of an electrician, BBank Electrical is who you want to call! BBank Electrical is who our general contractor, Woodway Carpentry, subcontracted to for all our electrical work during a total renovation of our kitchen that required all new electrical work. We are thrilled with the quality of every aspect of the electrical work that Arend of BBank Electrical completed, from the rough-in to the final installation of the lighting fixtures. At each stage of the reno, he arrived on time, worked very diligently, and completed the job to the highest standard. The assistants that he employed were also highly professional and courteous. Arend's attention to detail is impeccable. For example, toward the end of the project, he was concerned about a slight difference in colour between the electrical outlet and the electrical outlet cover (something that was certainly not obvious) and he contacted the company and insisted that they fix 'the problem.' Another example was when I decided that I wanted under the shelf lighting AFTER an open shelving unit was tightly fit into a space between the fridge and the wall. Although I thought that this might be an impossible task, Arend found a way to do it, and the result is spectacular (see photos below). Arend has the potential to be a great electrician, but unfortunately has a tendency to be quite lax in customer service. We had to wait so long for a minor job to be completed, that we finally hired another electrician to finish the job, even though we had already paid Arend in advance to complete that job. We have yet to receive a refund that Arend promised us. I have provided my email on 3 separate occasions (first contact, sending you photos per your request, etc.)

My breaker decided to go, and bbank was the only place open 24/7 and on weekends. I am glad I called. Arend was very professional and on top of that he managed to save me money on a replacement breaker which was very much appreciated, 10 out 10 I would recommend his services

They were very easy to deal with and the work was completed to a high standard.I will definitely be reaching out again the next time I need help with some electrical work and be referring them to anyone who asks.

Just a fair review. Arend was great with the electrical work we had (moving outlets, inserting new ones, setting up connection for the wall oven) but I was not happy with the range hood installation. Excellent electrician and I will work with him again on it but will stay away from appliance installation. Also, arrived on time and was easy to communicate with.
