We waited for 20 minutes just to be served with only 2 other people in front of us who ordered one sub each! The older man is so slow and doesn’t seem to care he’s holding up the line! He is always like this! Don’t waste your time stopping in if your in a rush

Staff were friendly, working diligently and prepared my order accurately. The staff are generous with toppings, the subs are fresh and the place is clean so I keep coming back! They've made my all-time best tasting subs.

Witnessed cross contamination with cheese being put back in its container after already being placed on a ham sandwich. After placing an order for a chicken salad we noticed about 6 pieces of spinach and very little amount of veggies that didnt even fill half a container. Overall very poor service and rude staff who told us to leave when we complained about the quantity. Will not be returning.

Paid extra for toppings that were not on there. This is the only location nearby and it's 25 minutes from my house one way, I was told to come back and they will fix it which is absolutely ridiculous- I'm not driving all the way back there... instead they just lost another customer

Stopped by for a quick bite. After the checking out the famous swinging bridge.They young fellow working was very polite. Engaged us in conversation about the new Subway Menu and about the town. The preparation counter and tables looked clean. Our meals tasted great.The washrooms were clean but do need to be renovated. The sink is coming away from the wall.

I went there a few nights back and the owner she was working alone. I want to say thank you so much for making the best sandwich for me. I saw it was very busy that time nd you somehow managed all the online orders, walk-in orders and saved my time while having a pleasant conversation.
