The bartenders there are truly something else when I think of nightclub lifestyle. they are bringing it to life! Not once have I had a bad experience with the service Very respectful and super welcoming and very talented to handle under pressure while having 50 people stand at your bar for 5 hours. Sam and Jaide I can also give credit to as well with Drake and Payton great group of talent.

This place is a special Kelowna Gem that is owned by the most wonderful humans. Greeted with smiling faces and incredible staff, it’s my favourite place to go and dance! The bartenders and VIP servers will ensure you stay hydrated and have a great time, while the DJ’s pick all of the right music to make you feel young again. It’s a real team effort. This city just wouldn’t be the same without it!! 100/10

Best nightclub ever. Amazing vibes and music, very friendly and accommodating staff members, bouncers are there to ensure you have a safe experience. The only place you’d wanna go in kelowna for a night out!

Been to this club lots and I love the girls that work there and bartend but the bouncers are so hard on people specially girls. Always kicking girls out and having the only reason is “they are too drunk” I would think that they would take care of the girls make sure they get into a cab and get home safe. But no they just kick them out in the cold and let them figure it out them self. Bouncers that do take being bouncers seriously should care for everyone and anyone. I’m not sure if they get paid enough maybe that’s why they don’t care because in their head they are only there to check IDs. The bouncers need to be upgraded. The zoo has better bouncers than this.

The dance floor is crowded with strange dangerous platforms and backed by an oddly placed booth. It's an injury hazard when the club is full and I would be surprised if anyone actually wanted to use that booth. Sometimes the Dj's are ignorant to their decibels and i've been hurt by it. Additionally they seem to be allergic to playing any song long enough you can enjoy it. I would like some QOL changes regarding these things. Some of the bouncers are too hard on girls and kick them out for no reason. If you don't make enough effort to please their eyes expect to be sent away. I was DD for my friends and got kicked out for being too drunk" despite being sober and peaceful. I spent some time in the cold before going to the strip club to wait for close."

Marie our VIP server was great. She ensured every need was handled and the whole VIP team was great when bringing champagne, kept the energy high! Will be back when I'm in Kelowna next time.

Got kicked out for apparently touching a girl, I swear i never in my life would ever touch in an unacceptable way a girl in my life

I am used to going out to this club with my friends, but some months ago in April I had the WORST club experience ever. I asked the bouncer if I walked outside to talk to my friend if I could come back in through the main entrance, and he said yes. So I went out for 5 mins then came back and the bouncer I talked to wasn’t at the front so I had to talk to mike. He said I couldn’t “just walk in” but I explained to him that the bouncer behind him said I could, 5 mins ago. He jumped to conclusions very quickly and told me “ I was lying” and the bouncer that I had previously talked to didn’t say a word or try to help me. I then stood outside without my car keys or coat ( in coat check) for 1 hour shivering in the cold while my friends were inside. When I asked if I could be escorted to coat check to grab my things Mike said “you can’t have everything you want in life”. The bouncers were manipulative and very rude. I had to use the bathroom and he told me to “go to the gas station down the street” at 1am as a girl, alone. I thought bouncers were supposed to keep everyone safe and protected? Not belittle you and disregard basic human needs. This was the worst club experience I’ve ever had. Other than the customer service, the vibe of the nightclub is good, they just need to play better music and actually allow a full song to play without mashing it up with another 3 random songs. It’s so awkward to dance when no one knows the music.

My friends and I were out in Kelowna for the weekend for my friend's bachelor party. The plan was to hit the club on Saturday night, but when we got in, we were asked to not come back.We were just standing in line, and we noticed that the bartender (female brunette) was avoiding taking our drink order. We watched 6 different groups get their drinks before us. She continued to avoid us till I got annoyed and tried to get her attention. She eventually took our order and afterwards told us to not come back. I don't know what we did, but that ruined the bachelor night for sure.The DJ/music was great for the 20min we were there!

I’ve been to Gotham a couple times but this time was the worst club experience my friends and I ever had!! We went for my friend’s birthday and were only there for a couple hours before my friend got escorted out for being “too drunk”. The thing is that she only max 3 drinks. She has severe anxiety and was overwhelmed from the music and people so she put her head down for a couple seconds. Discrimination is still a major concern even when you do have the right to refuse service! All the bouncers and staff I talked to, to try and explain the situation were incredibly rude and ignorant. There should be better protocols for this type of situation. They didn’t talk to us before kicking her out to check if she was ok or anything they just made her wait outside in the cold while we scrambled around to find her. They should use a breathalyzer before kicking out someone who was just dealing with mental health problems. Do not recommend this place for women or those who get easily overwhelmed unless u wanna get kicked out before you even get a buzz.
