Worst Experience. Even though they say 24hrs there was nothing left in the Tim Hortons at 6:00p.m. but that was not all.We wanted to use the washroom and the washroom was being cleaned when we reached, after 15min they did not open the washroom for use. When inquired, when the washroom will open they did say washroom is clean but just wet" after 20 min and no explanation why the washroom was still being closed

Hi went to Tim Hortons with family, cashier was not friendly for example for has brown she said we don’t have it , to add veggies in wrap she said don’t have it.. we were about to leave but thanks to another cashier “Deepak” who jump in took our order. They have has- brown , they have veggies don’t know why she first said no for most of the thing… sorry to say but for order please assign a person who has patience, customer friendly and sincere towards their job…Thanks to Deepak, very polite , friendly and helpful boy.

I am very disappointed with my visit. I ordered loaded bowl and I get a wrap instead. When my partner brought it back at the counter they said we ordered a “loaded bowl” and that loaded bowl comes in as a wrap. Isn’t that “loaded bowl” should be a rice bowl? And wrap should be a “loaded wrap”? The bag did not have our receipt so we cant check it. They did not replace it nor apologize for the confusion.

I order chicken Loaded bowl and in the bowl Salad and chicken quantity was very very low. Bowl just little more then half. When I talk to staff and supervisor they said they are given this quantity to everyone one. Pay for loaded bowl and get just more than half. Great service.

If only there was an option to give 0 stars because this location deserves that. On June 11th, A group of us reached there after 7 pm and there was no food left at the store. When asked to use the washroom, they said it's being cleaned, and later on again, we asked when it would be ready to use, and they said it would take a lot of time. When we asked again to use the washroom like after 15 to 20 mins, they asked us to go and use the washroom at Mohave restaurant that was nearby! The worst customer service experience ever.

They Did not have enough time bits to make a 50 pack at 6pm.. basic coffee and donuts should be available at all times. It is like a burger shop not having burgers. Place was clean staff was friendly just did not have what I was looking for.

The same great quality of food and coffee you expect from Tim's. But for the love of God and all that is holy can you people do something about that bloody alarm that goes off every 5-10 minutes! I get it that it's a busy place in the morning but alarms and workers periodically screaming at each other to communicate does not make for a pleasant atmosphere.

Ordered couple of things for brunch.Cappuccino was fantastic.Spicy chicken wrap ment to be hot and cooked but there was raw chicken and cold wrap, such a disappointment.

This branch used to be my favourite place when I still live in Red Deer.On my way to Calgary I stopped over to grab a couple of mc muffin sandwiches and a 20s of plain honey dip Timbits.It seems like everything changes here the efficiency had change, the accuracy and most importantly the service had changed exponentially.
