Dr Aziz is an amazing surgeon. our Westie recently had ACL surgery he has made an amazing recovery. we had another Westie who also required ACL surgery which was done by a different vet, the recovery period for her was over a year. Our male that Dr Aziz operated on is back to normal after only 7 weeks.We followed Dr Aziz's instructions to the letter and it most definitely paid off.we highly recommend this clinic. the other vets, Dr. Haidi and Dr. Nick are very good, kind and compassionate. Dr. Nick was the reason we switched to this clinic. He helped us through the last days with my sons cat, Tiger. he was so caring and compassionate. we decided to switch to the dog and Cat clinic, a decision we have never regretted.All the staff at this clinic are animal lovers. They treat the pets as if they are their own. The reception staff are amazing, as are the veterinarian technicians. We cannot speak highly enough of this clinic.

I was referred to this clinic by a friend who brings her animals here. Firstly, I was very pleased by how quickly I was able to get an appointment to see the vet. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who took genuine interest in my fur baby and the Vet, Dr. Snieder was very caring, gentle and answered all of my questions with patience.Definitely a wonderful first impression. The team is great. My baby had surgery and they took really good care of him didn’t do unnecessary things and actually reimbursed me money from the original quote. The drs are great and the staff is super friendly.

Great first experience for my 4 month old kitten. The receptionist was absolutely amazing as well as kind and patient during high volume time. She went above and beyond. Dr. Aziz and his team are fantastic. So much knowledge and everyone cares about the animals and their well-being. Also a nice, clean and well-equipped clinic. So glad we found them to take care of our pets.

Caroline La Chapelle’s Review.A few months ago, Dr. Aziz performed a lumpectomy and mastectomy on our beloved, nine-year-old mixed Chihuahua, Papillon named Bijoux . All the cancer was removed and she healed so well. She’s running around and jumping like a puppy, you would never know she’s nine years old. Unfortunately, right after her surgery our beloved 12 year old retriever, Emily fell and broke her hip along with other health complications. She had to cross the rainbow bridge, sadly she could not be fixed. The entire staff, especially Doctor Aziz was so comforting, informative and caring, it really touched our hearts during these trying times. We are so grateful to the expertise of Doctor Aziz especially when it concerns cancer. The entire staff at this clinic are exceptional and extremely caring. This is the veterinarian clinic that is outstanding and a real treasure for our family. Thank you all for your service, support and dedication. We relocated here from Thunder Bay and we are so pleased to have found this wonderful outstanding veterinarian care.

I recently switched from another local veterinary service as I was extremely disappointed in the services and customer experience.Immediately upon walking in, I knew this was the right choice for me and my pups. I was greeted immediately. There was little no wait time to see the Vet and the Vet was extremely friendly, and patient with me as I had some questions.The cost is certainly fair. However the service is impeccable. I’m super disappointed I didn’t stumble upon The dog and cat clinic of Niagara sooner. I could have saved myself lots of trouble.My experience with my previous vet was that of judgement for diet choice (raw at the time), little to no advice when I had questions, and most importantly my dogs exams and vaccinations were not done in the exam room with me present.All in all super happy with my choice to move on!Thank you for an exceptional first experience ♥️

This is the best vet I have ever been to. When I had an emergency with my baby girl Peanut they fitted her in to see the dr. Yesterday (June 28) Peanut has to have her eye removed, I was a wreck. The staff at this office are the best ever. They showed so much compassion and care and love towards myself and Peanut. Dr Z and his team did an amazing job on Peanut to remove her eye. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for myself and Peanut.Dr Z and staff , thank you so so so much for everything you have done for us .

We’ve been bringing our pets here for years, and it’s always been the same from both the people working up front and those working in the back: happy to see us, knowledgeable and willing to find any answers they don’t have, kind, fun in the fun times, compassionate in the worst times.Best comparison I can make is that Dog and Cat Clinic of Niagara has the feel of a non-profit organization. Everyone who works there seems to do so because they love animals and have found themselves a purpose in providing care to them and the people lucky enough to call them their pets.Gretchen, Templeton, Fred Fred, and Agatha, and any pets we may recruit in the future, will continue to receive their medical care from this team for as long as they’ll have us.

It was our visit this week. Vet, staff and clients were all friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that the dog food was organized neatly on shelves, the seats were spaced apart and there was a lot of time to chat with other clients and their pets. I would recommend and go back to this client. Walk-in fees were affordable and other clients confirmed that this is a great dog and cat clinic.
