I was very pleased with the installation of a new hot water heater. Ken came promptly to give an estimate, the work was done quickly and professionally, and the bill came in exactly on estimate. I would definitely recommend Ken Philp Climate Care.

Due to subsequent appointment this service needed to start at 8.30AM. Eric showed up at 8.15 and proceeded to install the new Nest thermostat. He checked heating and AC to make sure everything worked. Before leaving he also checked the air exchanger. He was very professional and friendly. I intend to use this company for yearly checkups on my system and fireplace. Highly recommended.

Replaced copper piping with PEX. They were knowledgeable, helpful, reasonable and tidied up after.

Ken Philp & Son installed our HVAC system when we built our house 11 years ago and we were pleased with their service then. So we called Chris to quote on an Air to Water In-Floor heating system (Evaporator, Compressor, Boiler and Buffer Tank plus a myriad of pipes and pumps!) to connect to our in-floor tubing previously installed. Despite supply chain delays with some components, Chris and his team did the complete install recently and we're very pleased with their high level of technical know-how and skill and especially the terrific customer service and communication with us. Plus a great sense of humour! We highly recommend Chris and his team.

This was my first time using Ken Philp Climate Care at my recently purchased cottage, where the previous owner had made some ill-advised modifications to the hot water tank and gas supply lines. We got cited for multiple safety issues and the supply to the hot water tank was shut down. Ken Philp's team was able to accommodate my schedule and come out to inspect the problems, advise on replacement options, then install the new tankless water heater and make the gas supply lines safe - all within a short time. The team was on time, courteous, and respectful of my home. They left the areas they worked in cleaner than they found them! The pricing was reasonable too. Glad to have found them. I will be calling Ken Philp Climate Care again for all our HVAC-relateld sales and service.

I manage a retail store and our heat with down. One call to Ken Philp ClimateCare and we had a repair tech here on time. Very quickly he noticed a broken belt and had if fixed. The building was warm again before any interruption to our business.

We emailed on Sunday afternoon as our Navien was not sending hot water to the living room/bedroom above the garage. Temperature was 52, yikes. We got an email back at 8:30 am and the system was fixed and back to 68 by 11 am. The pump for the loft rads was not working so technician identified the problem, went back to the shop, replaced the parts, checked the system and had time to replace the water filters on the main pumps to the house before leaving as a bonus. Service was quick, price was reasonable and we are happy. Been using Ken Philip Climate Care since 2016.

We had to have a furnace installed quickly and this company had one in stock for us. Zac came the next morning and had it running by early afternoon. Very fast, professional and efficient service. Thank you!

Minor plumbing job. Replace 2 new shut off valves below laundry tub. Young fellow was great courteous and friendly. Apprentice basically stood and watched. In and gone in a half hour. WOW $165 minimum labour charge. Total bill $313.50. OUCH !!
