Highly recommend this spa! Can not say enough good things about everyone there! I went in with 0 knowledge and they were able to sit with me and help educate me so that I can make the best decisions for my skin.I have always had blackheads on my nose especially and they were able to help educate me on why and how to properly remove them. The facial service was so nice and relaxing too! Can’t wait to go back for more sessions.Keep up the great work Vimi team!

Very disappointed with my laser treatments experience . Do to this being a very personal appointment, where I do have to Undress due to my full body hair removal laser treatments.It has been a different experience every eight weeks when I have my laser booked. I pre-paid for seven sessions every eight weeks.Every time I go in for my laser appointment it is a new person and they seem nervous every time i am on that clinical bed. I have lots of tattoos on my skin this time she decided to cover up my tattoos with lots of skin exposure that does not have tattoos with tape meaning she will not get as close as possible, because tape is covering my untouched skin as she ran out of tape she started using Lint tape for your clothes very unprofessional . That was it for me, I am done for treatments and cancel the rest of my sessions. The only good experience I’ve had is not at this clinic, but at LARIVÉE MEDICAL COSMETIC CLINIC . I will continue getting my laser treatments there instead. Save your money. They have no clue what they are doing. They use Chinese machines with no results.

I recently started coming and I’m IN LOVE!!!!! Customer service is great! The receptionists were so kind and welcoming and the esthetician I had made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. It’s so refreshing coming to places like this, where I can leave with a genuine smile on my face and look forward to returning. I find that with services like waxing and laser it’s very important that the customer feels comfortable and safe and that’s exactly how I felt there. I had my appointment booked previously and walked in with little to no wait time. As you’re leaving they double check with you to ensure you’ve had a good experience which I feel shows they care. Great pricing as well. When I was looking at clinics to go to a lot of them had similar prices that were unreasonable in my opinion however I was offered one of their package deals which is quite reasonable in my opinion!!! I’m not surprised to see many good reviews as it truly is a great place and I highly recommend!!

I am forever grateful that i went to Vimi spa. Everything about Vimi Spa is tremendous. Before I went to Vimi my skin was horrific but all that changed after the appointment. I’ve been going to Vimi’s since January 2022 for laser hair removal. My technician is Sarah and I absolutely love her work ethic, excellent customer service and her adeptness as a tech. Ever since I have her as my tech, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in my body’s hair growth. I’m almost hair-free on my legs.
