TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

My favorite place to bank! Staff are always friendly and they are helpful. I have a complicated banking situation and i never have issues here unlike other branches.

Ok tellers. CSR manager is ridiculously awful. Great location but always a frustrating experience. Subpar branch by TD standards.

First time I had such professional and efficient service at a TD branch. Jack was top notch and really knew what he was doing even though I was only getting a certified cheque. Thanks made my day

The worst branche of TD bank, no service they think your money is their money

Lier! I invested 1 year GIC and the employees here promised that the interest rate was 1%. At the end it is only 0.3%. Very disappointed. will never trust them

This review is from a customer with Canada trust since 90's before it became TD Canada Trust.It has been good, but the service and knowledge of staff at this branch goes downhill. My most recent experience was hell.I got referred by an investment Consultant at this branch to a mobile mortgage specialist to do the HELOC. It has been delayed after delayed without telling me the reasons during the process by this inexperienced and unprofessional mobile mortgage specialist.Finally, few days ago, this investment Consultant told me to sign at the certain time, when I get there, still no docs. And then, I was told the docs would be ready the next morning, but still nothing the next day and then told me again it would fax to my husband in the late afternoon, still nothing by this investment Consultant.I was furious and contacted that mobile mortgage specialist, he told me the reasons but I wish he told along the way. it is just wrong keep your customers waiting and for customers to initiate the contact to find out what is going on.Finally, the next day, I was able to sign the docs, another SHOCKER! There are a lot fees involved and when I opened my application with this mortgage specialist, he didn't disclose the fees relates to opening a HELOC account. No way I will sign it without knowing the fees, if I knew so much fees involved, I would not even apply. totally wasting my time!

After all the headaches caused by the other TD branches, this team has redeemed the TD name. Cassandra was extremely helpful, professional, quick to respond and very kind. I really appreciate the time she took to help resolve the issues caused by the Bank/Queensdale team.

Amazing customer service. After a mix up and complete inconvenience from another branch, I approached this branch for a solution and they were overwhelmingly helpful. Kudos to Emily (teller) and Cheryl (supervisor teller?) for the wonderful customer service. Very professional, polite and understanding throughout all the interactions. I do recommend!

Horrible service and they rarely ever pick up their phone.

Don't waste your time with these incompetent people. They will book other customers over top of your appointments, promise to call you back and then not answer your calls for days. All the meetings" are with junior employees who barely know how to fill out the fields on their computer and have no knowledge of the actual bank policies or procedures."
