I'm very disappointed and upset. I booked an appointment for my pet and confirmed the service charges of what I needed for my pet before my visit todayIt turned out that they did something which may or may not needed and presented me with a costly bill which was a total shock to me. I should have been informed before they do anything to my pet, that was the least one could expect from a professional.I had no choice but to pay as they won't listen to meI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

We have been with Hawkins vet for almost 10 years now. Dr Debbie Hawkins is phenomenal. She is so caring and attentive. I have never once felt rushed while in her care. Although their prices are quite steep compared to some other vets, I do believe that the quality of care is beyond expectation. Dr Hawkins along with all of her staff have always been wonderful even during the hardest of times.Some people are always looking for the cheapest price possible, but without pet insurance it’s going to be pricey especially if your pet falls ill or needs treatment. Owning an animal is expensive just like a child!

We had our 8year old Toy Yorkie here for the first time when she was bit by a cat and were super impressed with the care. We came back to have her spayed this past December and again great care! We come all the way from Toronto because we value great care and know these folks will not gouge us like some vets in Toronto. Highly recommend them.

Great first time experience for me and my puppy, Poppy!! The Dr. was wonderful and reached out to keep me posted on Poppy during her spay, and Monique reached out to see how she fared over the weekend.

Great experience! the receptionist ( Elizabeth I believe) we extremely helpful, patient and kind when booking the appointment. The veterinarian herself was great - very knowledgeable and understanding. Truly wanted what is best for my dog. Thank you!

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable vets who made me feel at ease when I had an emergency occur with both my dogs. Reasonably priced as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This is a horrible veterinary station! Terribly expensive! Several times more expensive! And the fees are not transparent! The work is opaque! No one is allowed in! I don't know if my dog ​​has an injection or not! Hold it in, and take it out for a few hundred dollars! Terrible vet! Be a liar vet! Just cheat money! The project I requested when I went, went and didn't do it! After I went, I took it in for a few minutes and took it out. I was shocked by a huge charge, and I could only pay. Extremely angry that none of these items were requested by me and were not approved and known by me at all! This happened several times in a row! I didn't do the items I requested, and every time I did it without my permission! Doing a project that I don't know about costs hundreds of dollars each time. Until the end, the project I asked for was still not done, and they always fished with the project I was going to do. I continued to go! I finally understand that this is a scam veterinarian!

The veterinarians and Doctors had worked with my dogs they were awesome and did a good job with surgeries. Thank you so much when I get a new puppy I am going to their family like service. ❤️

Great place to go if you want to be ignored. I stood there for well over 5 minutes without so much as being acknowledged while the two staff went about their business. They made a point of answering the phone when it rang, but couldn’t be bothered to look up and acknowledge me. They then both disappeared into the back and left me standing there not knowing if they were coming back. Why would I ever want to leave my dog or cat with these people if that’s how they treat me?
