Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Staff were super helpful when arranging my rental. I showed up at crunch time right before a long weekend to return the rental (as mine was ready at the shop next door) and they breezed through the return process, policies, etc. with a smile. Will definitely recommend to friends in the area looking for a rental.

Very satisfied with this car rental company! I had an accident and needed a rental car. I had to wait a couple of days, as this is a very busy rental company but the customer service I received from the staff was fantastic. I would definitely recommend renting from this company!

Awful rude staff. They want to charge your credit card and kick you off their face. Friendly service and much better price with Budget, just around the corner.Avoid by any price!!! The management and staff at Enterprise Newmarket are incredible to deal with.Cars are always clean and a great selection to choose from, if not the staff work hard to find what you're looking for or an alternative!The manager worked very hard to ensure the highest quality service and was very accommodating to my specific needs.This was the second time in a year I worked directly with this particular location, the respect and commitment to professionalism have ensured it is the only car rental team I'll rent from again.

I had an awful experience. All in all in took me 3 days to get my rental car thru insurance and my car was fixed in 4 days. The guy at the front is rude and has poor customer skills. I had expressed all details to Enterprise itself. So, all I'm going to say is find another place to get your car.

We rented a bmw5 series for a week to go for a business trip to ottawa and this rental branch helped us alot. Special thanks to Sue. She is a fantastic admin staff at this place. Very proffesional and caring. Thank you guys you are all fantastic at this branch. Keep up the good work.
