Hailey is the best knowledgeable sales person I've ever met.so far there's only 23 pieces with knots that go right through the wood or there is no lip on the edge of hardwood flooring that we have to exchange out of 13 boxes we still have 28 more boxes coming to finish our house we have found a couple of problems but the owner is trying very hard to fix this for us we've still got three more rooms to do so bear with us and keep an eye on our review. So far everybody is being very helpful and accommodating

Recently had a staircase runner installed, very professional service by everyone involved from setting up consultation and selecting product through to ease of transaction. Installation was done above my expectations, the installer was on time and very courteous. I will be using Bickell's again and recommend them.

Great selection of tile.The subway tile I purchased was in stock so they provided me exact square footage AND were able to refund me for the unused tiles.Thanks for helping me keep my project in budget!

They are honest, knowledgeable, and have an awesome staff. There is never pressure, they carry good quality fixtures, flooring, as well as paint and so much more. They love a challenge and have a great attitude. Parking is easy and the store is completely accessible. Price wise, they do have sales but you do pay for the expertise so they can be a little more, but it's worth it to get it right the first time.

I always thought that Bickell's was the go to place in Stratford for flooring and paint. However, the end results of my experience with them has made me change my tune.I purchased some ceramic tile and vinyl flooring from them and decided to get professional installation as well. The plan was to install both floors and then come back in a week to grout. I arrived home from work that evening to find my sink ripped off the wall, my toilet in the bathtub and no vinyl flooring installed. When I asked why this was done, they told me they don't install toilets due to insurance reasons. When I pressed them to why then it was removed if no flooring was installed, they could not give me an answer because they sub-contract out their installers. To top it all off, when I received my invoice for the final work, they charged me for removing the toilet!!! I was never informed (on paper, in person, or by phone) that I needed to remove fixtures from the room before install and I certainly was not informed that if I didn't do so, I would be charged for the work. A simple phone call day of would have likely resolved this whole situation right away.While I understand the reasoning behind why they do not install fixtures, some heads up or warning would have been nice. I recommend you look somewhere else if you expect any sort of quality customer service. The reason I didn't put 1 star was because at least the floor looked good when finished and they offered to cut the extra charge in half for me.

We needed a white, exterior paint to match a competitors paint. We had samples in hand within a half hour and the paint in hand an hour after that. During this lock down period we found the girl we worked with, Jessica, very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely return as we are renovating a 4500 sq ft house. Terry

Bickell's provided us with top notch service and installation. They have extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff in their store, so picking flooring is easy with their support! They have excellent installers who are attentive to detail and ensure things are done right. This company bends over backwards to make sure the work is finished on time and quality is maintained. From Goderich: Ordered tiles 2 days ago was told probably receive in 2 weeks due to Holiday Season understandable. Received a call yesterday letting me know there in already. Now that's service!!! Very knowledgeable staff and an excellent selection of flooring! Would recommend to anybody in Stratford! They stick by your side until the job is completely done! And if an issue a rises the owners are right there to help you. Best flooring store in town!
