She destroyed my hair. She cut my hair to the roots at the crown of my head. After three months, it looks so ugly with short hair sprouting out.Consulted a hair stylist and they said that my hair got damaged from the treatment i had at hair lounge

Cut was spot on. CHighlights perfect. I hadn't had my hair cut for almost one year. I have a lot of hair. Very fine Vand and so much of it it sheds. After this haircut shedding was at zero and even now at a minimum. Style suited my face. And was high-end. Very refreshing!

If I could give them no stars I would! The Asian lady asked me what I thought about my boyfriends cut and I told her the sides needed to be fixed... she told me I was wrong and insulting her... I said you asked me my opinion and I don't like the way it is? Can you please fix it? And she said it didn't need to be fixed and made a whole scene saying I'm telling her how to do her job! Does this place not know what CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS?? She was completely unprofessional, rude and was not willing to fix until we kicked up a stink. I do not recommend this place to anyone whatsoever.

I just moved to the area and needed to revamp my hair and came across Hair Lounge Plus online. The reviews were great and very helpful and I can say that Monica (the owner of the salon) did an awesome job with my hair. I absolutely love it! She truly knows what she is doing giving her honest opinion and advice. I will most definitely be coming back!

Never written a review before but I’ve also never been this utterly disappointed with a services ability to perform never mind there customer service. The lady that cut my hair literally destroyed it then had too large of an ego to admit that it wasn’t anything near what I wanted and claimed that it was actually good. She asked for my girlfriends opinion and when she made her suggestion the stylist became defensive and had an attitude toward her that I couldn’t believe. Considering how bad and disappointed I was I wasn’t going to pay until they proceeded to call the cops on us. Honestly DO NOT GO THERE if you care about what your hair looks like.

Terrible customer service, I went in for a hair cut , was attended by a Asian lady, whom I showed what I wanted . She didn’t do what I asked her for, she didn’t have the proper tools. When she completed with my haircut she didn’t have the brush to clean off the hair , instead she used her hands. Very unprofessional . Would not recommend this place to any one.

I used to be happy coming here until my last apt the owner never swept up previous clients hair from around the area i was to walk over it to sit down.. lovey knowing im standing in other clients hair and possibly sitting on it to.. Not only that but she kept dropping the comb onto the ground about 4 times while cutting my hair.. So guess where that went RIGHT INTO OTHER CLIENT HAIR.. Disgusting absolutely disgusting. Why? Because she didnt even sanitize the comb not even once when dropping it..Honestly just wanted to get done and get out.. Then I get home and i have to cut the whole left side to even it out...like very noticeable length differences. Owners who care about their clients go far and beyond.. This was laziness at its finest.. I do NOT RECOMMEND this place! GROSS

I was looking for a salon that is NOT a spa, since I am sensitive to scents, smells and aromas I avoid places with nail polish, scented lotions, etc. The reviews were good online, so I decided to give it a try. My hair cut turned out great! Just the way I wanted it. The owner is super nice and the prices are reasonable. This will be my salon from here on!
