Extremely rude, unhelpful, difficult to deal with, they couldn't wait to get rid of me like I was intruding on their social time. They wanted to charge me to do recall work that is paid by the company that issued the recall, there was literally a 12 inch path to walk through the isle, place was dirty and littered with old broken tools that you could trip over if you weren't careful. I contacted RYOBI to complain about them trying to double charge for work, not the first complaint apparently. Never go there again

Brought my Ryobi cordless lawnmower around 10 am and got a call that it's been fixed by 1 pm, same day. No negative encounters, whatsoever, and the lady who fixed my machine is very helpful and informative. Thanks a lot, I was able to mow my lawn in time !

Quick and efficient service. For those complaining about rude employees (they are not) or lack of space in the shop (it's a small area, but organized)... This is a very busy parts and repair shop, not a white glove fine dining restaurant. Staff was great to deal with and had my mower back up and running in under 24 hours. Will happily go here again.

Terrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful. I had a trimmer that didn't have a serial number on it and they sounded as though I was bothering them. I will be calling Ryobi to let them know about my experience.

Overall difficult people to deal with. Lady at front desk needs some people skills - she's pushy and just doesn't seem to want your business. Took approximately 3 weeks for my tool to be fixed.
