Jay was absolutely amazing. My Macbook Pro was having some severe keyboard issues. Jay was not only able to have the most express service I have seen, literally replaced keyboard within two hours so I was able to get my laptop back by end of night but it works perfectly now and absolutely no issue. He was able to knowledgeably guide me through the issue and why it may be occurring and then continue to fix it. Super impressed. Jay knows a lot about technology.
