The pulled pork sandwich was awesome. The flatbread was ok but the sauce was underwhelming. Our server was fantastic and I liked sampling their beers

Waterloo Brewing Beer Store & Taphouse
Went for lunch today. The drinks took half an hour to arrive and the food took over and hour. Instead of apologizing saying they were short staffed the manager just made excuses and actually criticised the customers. I later found out she actually complained about customers to other customers.PS The food and beer were actually satisfactory!

Influx of cranky old card players today! The staff were amazing and exceptionally patient. The full Boar nachos were delicious, and the beverages, fantastic. We will be definitely return!

Good ambience and decent food. Had a variety of tap beer and cocktails.The area was clean and located at a very nice and accessible surroundings.Three stars because the service was bad. Not that the girl was rude but it seemed like she kept forgetting that she is serving our table we had to call for every thing three times. I would have understood if the place was crowded but it was only 2 tables full there and there were two servers. She was nice and polite but we had to wait for everything and call her two three times to remind her for our second round of drinks or food.

I've been coming to the Waterloo Brewing Company beer store for years for great prices on local beer and seltzers. The wife and I decided to finally try their food and restaurant on Friday afternoon and we were not disappointed. We ordered the pulled pork nachos and they were delicious. Reasonably priced, as were the beers on tap. Carlsberg has purchased them now but that hasn't seemed to effect the store or restaurant in any way.The servers were very friendly and we really enjoyed the beautiful evening on their patio.We will return soon!

Do you ever have that feeling when you've been looking forward to place you like to eat and enjoy some beer. Well I did and was extremely disappointed today.I checked the website to make sure they were open and was told yes. Made the 30 minute drive to find out the Tap Room was closed for a private event! Is this because they are now owned by a larger company and don't care about the past customers?My suggestion, update your website if your closing any portion of your venue!

Tried to go with my family, but the experience on the Tap House does not reflect the same quality of the canned beer. We went to the front, but received a negative answer about available tables. Just after we went to the beer store to wait for a table, the group behind us with the same table size got a table.

Waterloo Brewing Beer Store & Taphouse
Had a wonderful time at Waterloo Brewing for a work night out - Kara is amazing!! The Bees Knees drink is phenomenal - doesn't taste super strong but definitely gives you a good buzz, the size is generous and if you ask Kara what inspired her to make this drink, you'll appreciate it more! The food was great, great portion and taste!!!! I'll definitely be going back again!
