Walk-In Notary has operated out of many shared office spaces in Ontario for nearly the past decade. We've been at Talbot Court for approximately three years. We can confidently state that Talbot Court is one of the best office spaces we've leased. Management is professional and accommodating. The space is clean and well-managed. And our office neighbours are wonderful.

Deborah the building manager and receptionist at Talbot Court Corporate Studios gives fastidious and impeccable service to her numerous clients and helped me find a space that was flexible and within my budget. She assisted me greatly in getting my business off the ground in London and I would recommend this space to anyone who is looking for affordable office sharing space.The photo attached is my previous office space in a Regus. As my operations outgrew this space Deborah offered three times this space for the same price. If your looking for value and room to grow go to Talbot Court Corporate Studios, you will be welcomed!

I've been renting/leasing an office space here at Talbot Court for approx 4 to 5 years and I'm well satisfied. Whether it be the communal kitchens/conference areas, the clean hallways and washrooms, the prompt response/aid from the executive manager Deborah or convenient parking lot, I've been quite happy to this point. I have operated my office from Talbot Court since late 2016 and find both the facilities and the staff to be first rate. Deborah does a fantastic job of welcoming my clients, promptly addressing any issues and has been incredibly flexible as my business needs have changed. Highly recommended.
