Rebecca and Peter provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. Rebecca was efficient in all communication and helpful when choosing carpet for our bedrooms. They are very skilled at measurements and there were no hidden costs. Dinser and Yasser made the install look easy- very skilled at what they do. From the moment we walked into Kelowna Floors and met Peter and Rebecca to the installation in our home, Kelowna Floors was AMAZING! We purchased vinyl plank flooring for our entire home, carpet on our stairs, as well as our tile & backsplash for the kitchen and bathrooms. What an amazing place, and the customer service is out of this world. Kelowna floors did a great job on our home after a minor flood ruined the floors in our whole house - upstairs and down. They were quick with their estimate, friendly and helpful in picking our flooring, and professional in the installation. Choosing them made the stress of a flood claim go away and gave new life to our home. Would go with them again in a heartbeat!
