Bone & Biscuit

Sven was extremely helpful to my wife and I. He provided us with great service and tips on how to get our cat to come home. That night we found our cat because of hos help.Every time we go to the store Sven greets with a huge smile and a pleasant presence. He makes bone and biscuit a great place to purchase things for our cats and dog.Keep it up man!

I travel quite a distance to shop at this location. Wonderful owners and a beautiful store. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I Well worth the drive.

Friendly staff and tons of Bakery items! A bit pricey if your looking at toys and treats (check Winners first) but overall I'm glad I live close by!!

Staff is always friendly and helpful! They carry brand's that my other local pet store doesn't and great variety for dog's with allergies

This place is just a paradise for pet owners and their lil ones! I can’t thank enough how helpful and friendly the staff was. The store was well organized and with the crowd that day I didn’t feel any lack of customer service, but personal care only. My pup didn’t wanna leave the store:) Got into this place with intention to get some treats for pup training, and left with tons of goodies after. Hands down to one of the best pet stores in Calgary!

I had been twice in the store and both times returned what they advised me: the food for my puppy made him sick and a conditioner they sold as a shampoo. Very incompetent sellers. Just want to sell cluttered stuff to you. The worst pet store in Calgary.

This place is run by dishonest staff. After buying my 12th bag of dog food, I was told my next bag was free, as their rewards program gives a free bag at 13th purchase. I had been ordering in a senior dog food that they do not stock, and I ordered the free bag. After 3 weeks and reordering it three times, we were out of food, it had not arrived and they had no clue when it would arrive. I said I would take a different kind as my free bag. The clerk then told me I had only bought EIGHT bags and needed to buy another 5 to get my bonus bag!!!! How do they even err by 5 bags??? They lost a customer over 1 bag of dog food and I will be telling everyone in my family and group to shop elsewhere. The clerk couldn't have cared less.In response to your reply, I have most certainly bought more than 8 bags there. Several bags ago I was told it was 8. At the last purchase, the clerk informed me the next one was free. My review stands. I'm not going to the effort of posting such a review in order to bilk a business of $37.00.

Good store for the dog lover. Lots of treets and toys.
