Great company to do business with.

I have lived here for 9 years before Southside took over. I find them absolutely amazing to deal with, friendly, always on top of things, the landscaping crew are great, my property manager is amazing and all the contractors they get are great too thanks guys

Be careful properties are very slippery and the manager really did not want to hear about it .

Southside group is a fantastic company inside and out amazing staff always helpful and do the utmost to make sure everyone is satisfied

I loved living at one of their units, i lived there for 9years raised my son there for his whole lil life who just turned 10. till covid 19 happened and i couldnt find work and had to homeschool my son was told they understandstood and would set up a payment plan and would talk after .. That was a lie im in now homeless. One property manager told me that what i pay rent for and the other unit is the cost of two bedroom in london and they are thinking of selling so i should start looking for a new place to live that day must of been the day the got a ball rolling of having me remove but kept me thinking we was going to start a payment plan.. I had was treated rudly when i had to leave they sat out the place and waatched me move all my stuff on the hottest day last month and kept bugging to ask how long i was going to take.. So when They have these christmas thing and act like they care they don't

Horrible staff in the office , selfish and full of themselves, clearly have a god complex thinking they can do and treat people however they want , they have no professional courtesy and will slander their own employees and when called out they play the victim.
