Came in to get an upgrade but they didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock however, Eva was kind enough to literally search every store possible and get a transfer and my new phone came in the next day! She talked me through my new contract and she was just incredibly kind and friendly — also super patient and answered all my questions :)

So I order an iPhone 14 pro from shaw and put a $100 cash deposit down it as well as make arrangements to have the remainder of the phone balance automatically withdrawn from my bank account just like my other shaw services are paid including a shaw mobile plan and my home internet service. I get the call and go to get the phone and the entire arrangement falls through because the associate that made the arrangements with us isn't working . So I took my deposit back and will not deal with that store at all in the future and will be transferring my services to a different company asap. You shouldn't false advertise! Have a great day and good luck SHAW MOBILE! Terrible customer service

Horrible experience with this company! Hard to reach, unimaginable rudeness towards customers, no accountability whatsoever, constant overcharge mistakes and complicated contracts aimed to confuse clients into paying for than what was negotiated. Never subscribing to their services ever again and would advise anyone looking for affordable internet, phone etc. to look elsewhere.

Shaw Mobile is as dried up as Shaw themselves. The only upside is if I'm within 5ft of my router, I get a great signal. Otherwise, I may as well train a pidgeon to carry my messages. At least the customer service would be useful, and get back to me with a response.

Soooooo not sure about what is happening with Rogers taking over but I CAN say I was walking in to the park place mall site to cancel my services and move UNTIL I spoke with Ava who was patient…. Took my frustration and listened…. And managed to talk me off a ledge and upgrade to a better system with them. She was AMAZING!!!!! Then she helped with my mom switching her services to her new home and again was beyond patient and understanding and made that experience seamless. They have a great and loyal and well informed employee in Ava. Pretty sure I made a new friend!!!

Today my cable has gone out six times today. When I try to call I get no answer. This is starting to happen everydayYou need to fix it. I pay good money to be with your company. The service is getting very poor. Yo bad American cable can't come in Canada.

I hate all ISP companies in canada, but when a company threatens good credit standing due to their ineffeciencies, that is the lowest form of ISP. I kept my credit card on file to pay my bill every month. when I got a better offer from another ISP, I switched. Instead of calling me and telling me that they took my credit card off file for the last payment, they sent a collections company after me. Call people first Shaw, I would have paid it. There was no communication with shaw, just a letter in my mailbox one day from a collections agency. I paid the bill the same day. Shaw must have been too busy to sort it out themselves. Not that they care, but this family will never work with them again. Nice try but my credit score is still fine F U very much Shaw.
