So far so good. We. Have bought the white car and am having some body work done. Note: their debit machine was not working. Will update as soon as we take possession of the car and see how it looks and runs. We got a 3 month warranty.

Royal Auto is hands down the best mechanic and dealership in London. I get my car serviced exclusively here because I know I am getting a fair deal. No hidden fees, and very fair prices. No shop like Royal Auto Group in all of Ontario. Professional, prompt, and always go the extra mile to make their clients happy. Would recommend!

I left a 1 star review with no written details.Nour immeadiately messaged me to aske why? I had to go on to explain to him thaf I had a horrible experience. I drove 3 hrs there and back, with 3 kids under 7 to see a vehicle that is is no way ready to sell, was not even ready to test drive. Huge waste of my time and gas. the brakes barely worked, not to mention the layer of mildew covering the entire interior, the mold growing, that I was breathing. The fact that I had to get back into a vehicle with my 4 month old covered in mold spores. Nour rushed me into driving before I could even look it over, there was no gas, and not able to take out to 80 km/hr to really test out the engine. He was very unprofessional, swearing during conversation. And then, when I pointed out multiple issues, and declined, he became very condesceding, telling me he is sorry the vehicle is too old for me. When that was not the case at all. I have looked at multiple Odessey's over the past couple months, most as is, private sale, and they were all in much better condition than this vehicle. Stowing the back seats away, trying to cover up the moisture issue. Constantly turing up the fan to drown out the engine and suspension sounds. It didnt work on me, and he didnt like that. My review stands.

It is rare now a days to find a mechanic that is ACTUALLY helpful. I highly recommend these guys to anyone I know. Excellent service, and they always fix my family’s cars well.Keep up the good work guys

The best auto shop I've ever dealt with! Beautiful service, owner and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and are always willing to help. I had a small issue with my car once, gave them a call, and they came to help me out within 10mins. 10/10 recommend

While the staff at this establishment is friendly, their expertise in car repair seems questionable. They had to experiment multiple times as they were unsure about the issue with my car. Frustrated with the situation, I eventually gave up. Improvement in their diagnostic abilities is necessary.
