TERRIBLE. save your money and don't go. They're so rude... you ask for extra and they give ONE extra pickle for example. Then I asked for sauce on the side, in a little cup (like I have my entire life from every other subway around) and they rudely told me they don't do that there. veggies are also not fresh. Not sure if it was the owner who works behind the counter, but they need a new one if that's the case. TERRIBLE customer service. awful from start to finish.

Was yelled at for asking for cucumbers and house sauce. Normally a great place but not today. I thought this was subway, isn’t the whole point picking what you get to put on it? Anyways maybe she was just having a bad day.

I come here a lot for my lunch break. The staff is awesome and the food is good. I like the new chicken and the harvest bread. The salads are tasty too. The staff even cuts my cucumber slices into halves and tomato slices into quarters so they aren't full chunks in the salad. My favourite subs are when I get certain vegetables (peppers, olives, onions) toasted with the meat and cheese. Yummy!Not many tables for dining, but nowadays most people take their subs to go.The washroom is kept clean too.

Always a pleasure to eat from this Subway!The service is always right on par. The food is always delicious! And they never hold back on the toppings. Twinkle always makes spectacular subs! So if you manage to have her serve your food. Be grateful.Though you will never be disappointed at this location.

Went into subway with a friend of mine. We both had coupons. I got a rice bowl because I wanted to try it.Portions were very small, chicken was dry and rice was not fully cooked. I did not want lettuce or onions in my bowl but I did want olives. Was informed I could only choose from a specific selection of vegetables. The only exception I could make was to add guac, which I would have to pay extra for.My friend ordered his sub which was still being made while I went to pay for mine. I waited for him and when he tried to use his coupon, even though we were paying separately from different bank account he was told he couldn’t because he knows me.Now I understand that you can’t use two coupons on the same transaction but I have never in my life heard of not being able to use a coupon because you know the person ahead of you in line.The only reason we even went was because we both had coupons but I will definitely not be going back. Used to love subway, especially that location but both the location and the company itself have gone seriously downhill. Don’t send out coupons in the mail if you are not even going to honour them!!

Have been a few times and never an issue when ordering or with our orders. The staff has always been friendly each time I’ve gone in to pick up a couple subs to go. Good for an inexpensive quick bite.

I went into this subway wanting to use 2 coupons and was told I had to choose one. I tried fighting her on it because it doesn't say that I can only use one or can't be combined with other coupons. I told her that we will pay separately and she told me it doesn't work like that. Actually it does because what difference does it make if I got my partner to come in separately from me and use it ???? I've worked in food and retail for years and I know how coupons and deals work. Your choice of words matter when your making a coupon. She put them in the counter and walked away... As we got to the cash I saw their sign saying 1 per household per day. So if you want to get technical we don't live in the same household so that sign should've been invalid for our visit.Words of advice if you want to use more than 1 coupon get your friend or partner, walk in separately to use them. Then walk out together. That's the only way you'll put smart these dimwits

Not sure if there are new owners running the Subway in the No Frills plaza but these guys are terrible!Wouldn’t take my coupon due to me knowing the lady in front of me, even though we told them we were not together. She got to use hers but I couldn’t. Nice part is they made my sub before this happen so now they get to eat it or toss it. Not paying full price for overpriced subs.Anyways not sure if all subways are running this way but I won’t be back to any, tried to save by denying my use of coupon and as a result have lost a customer.

This is hands down the best Subway I've ever ordered from. Staff knows exactly what they're doing. They put the right amount of toppings and sauce, the way they space out everything on the sandwich doesn't leave that little bit of bread at the end that you will always get at any subway, and the staff still keep consistent with good subs even when they're extremely busy. The staff are also super nice and professional.I'll definitely continue to order here!
