An hour before your listed closing time and nobody is answering the drive thru. 4 cars lined up and waited for 10 minutes. There was someone on the floor but they weren't answering. Update your Google hours if you close at 10. Ridiculous that they couldn't even be bothered to use the speaker to say that they're closed.

The food was fine. However I have managed kitchens and restaurants. And I was appalled and seriouly offended by the way in which the so called manager talked to the staff especially in front of customers. The managers attitude and tone when speaking to at least 2 team members was disgusting. I regularly go to the midland location, however I was so disgusted it will be a long time if I ever Go to this location again. Date and time March 31 2023, approximately 430 pm

Usually this Burger King isn't bad, but it has been gradually becoming a bad location. Yesterday I ordered a Bacon and Cheese Whooper combo and received a Wendy's Dave's Single burger. What the? I was upset because I didn't notice until I arrived home and was not told anything from the server at the drive-thru. The beef patty seemed much smaller than a Whopper patty, and I do enjoy the usual Whopper bun. Also, they have been getting stingy with fries. The french fry container in my bag was barely half full. Don't know what's happened with this location...

Went there lastnight told we had to wait 3 mins and to park up we waited about 6mins saw other plp food was brought out to the car mines was not went up to the window banging on the glass for 3mins hearing the employees at the back laughing, my food was on the counter just sitting there, why wasn't my food bought out like the other customers, this was the worst service did not like how I was treated.

Preordered my order. Employee misheard me say my name when I went to pick it up accused me of trying to steal someone else's order. Continued to be rude to me even when I gave the order number and proved confirmation on my phone.Not a good look to be accusing people of trying to steal because of simply not hearing someone's name properly.I won't be back. 2 stars is generous because at least the food was hot and fresh... 1 star for that. And 1 star for poor attitude.

My son stopped tonight and grabbed us some whopper combos. When he got in he asked me to try his pop. Both his and my pop were flat soda. We took a bite of our fries and they were hard and chewy. You could tell that they were old fries that had been sitting around for a while. We then tried our Whoppers. All I can say is barf. Although I am never expecting a gourmet meal when you get fast food you do expect it to be edible I scooped up the whole thing and threw it in the garbage. Total waste of money. Last time I go there.

We got take out . When we got home. We were missing 2 burgers . So I tried to call and of course the phone didn't even get answered by a person. There was not even a option to talk to someone or leave a message......we live 25 minutes form Owensound so I didn't want to go all the way back. It would cost more in gas. Y can't anyone count 4 burgers that are all the same.and put them in a bag with 4 fries. For $ 45 dollars.

I come here once a month for work. Only a couple of times disappointed with my order. 90 percent of the time their food is always hot and delicious.Double whooper jr.
