I knew of them but I know them and an experience with them is worth every penny! I dis the Turkish wrap and it was an incredibly relaxing experience! Started off in the tea room before making my way to the steam room, the staff is very friendly as well and are very accommodating! I'm a fan now!

Loved it! I have never experienced this much peace and relaxation before! Thanks to you guys! First we got the sports massage since we workout every day! Then we enjoyed their tea lounge and then we headed to the steam room! I had the best time of my life!

It could have been better. I didn't receive a phone call to confirm my appointment. I didn't receive an email with the forms that needed filling out because they had my email wrong. The woman who was doing my treatment was miserable and you could tell. She was very unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable. Most of the employees seemed ingenuine. I'm happy my mom had a good time. The facilities were nice but customer service needs improvement.

Love that I didn’t have to go downtown so I give this place a 5* for location. The treatments I had were wonderful. Mitra was fantastic. My skin felt like silk after the northern facial. My only issue was that we booked a “couples” treatment that wasn’t honoured. They put us in separate rooms for all our treatments. After spending $800 I would hope that the request would be granted considering I called directly to book with their front desk.

The only thing that separates your pedicure from any other place is the cost and the surroundings. In my opinion, the service itself does not warrant the extravagant expense. I expected a longer and more luxurious leg and foot massage with the signature service. It was really quite ordinary. However, the staff were very pleasant. I also would have expected better, more up to date nail polish colour choices.

What an AMAZING experience. I Booked an Algae wrap appointment as a surprise for my better half and I’m so glad I did as it was a perfect pampering experience for her. Other than a minor misunderstanding at the time of check in due to similar name mix up, the entire process was smooth. The entire spa was immaculate and every staff member, including the ladies at the reception, were very welcoming and eager to help. This is a perfect place to unwind/escape especially when you have young kids. Definitely will return to try other services. Recommend.

Love, love love the steam room here! It's so spacious and the multi-coloured tiles are so beautiful to look at. I treated myself and my mom to the Traditional Turkish bath experience and it was quite comparable to having it in Turkey. Sofia and Valentina were warm and friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely come back for more services here.

Went here with my mom for Mother’s Day. Staff were lovely, space was very clean. We both got a facial and manicure. During the facial it felt incredible and your skin so soft: but after an hour after leaving our faces felt dry and due to all the creams and lotions applied our faces started to pill a lot! So any moisture was removed and we were both left with our faces dry. Also for my manicure things looked great and I thought due to the amount of work she did around my cuticles the esthéticien was removing them…after I left however and took a closer look nothing was done. So compared to the elm wood spa, I would not go back.

Customer service was amazing - this is the key to this review. There was a slight hiccup; staff went above and beyond to rectify instantly. They totally saved the day which allowed my husband and I enjoy his special birthday. We were both under a tremendous amount of stress (nothing to do with the spa) prior to going and so what they did meant the world to us - just very very kind people.Little details even with other staff: for examplen: noticing my husband and I were outside of the steamroom very hot, someone that worked there advised that there were fresh cold towels, we thanked her, and then she went and physically brought them to us - we totally could have gone and gotten them ourselves.The attention to detail is amazing. The decor, the tea and nuts in the waiting area etc. The vibe is: 'come, be our guest, and stay awhile' vs 'pay, do your thing, hurry up and get out'.Steamroom was the best I have been to (I have been to many), massage was excellent.I will be back and will advise all friends and colleagues do do the same.Thank you again for your kindness and generosity.

Beautiful and relaxing experience. Clean dressing rooms. Excellent deep tissue massage by RMT. Loved using the steam room before and after the massage. Spa snacks are small bags of nuts which I found surprising given the focus of many on nut allergies.
