I live near by and this is usually my go-to Starbucks. Usually very busy, drinks are made AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. The energy and morale employees keep during rushes is refreshing! All the employees I've seen and watched work, they all work extremely hard, going as fast as they could. Management should be please with such an amazing team.

This Starbucks consistently will say it’s open and then when you go to the store it is closed. They will accept mobile orders and say online that there open ( after I have paid ) and when I show up they will be closed or having people just showing up an hour after saying they will be open.

They have very limited tea selection only 2 herbal. The snack food is mostly sugar treats not very healthy , no fruit like apples or bananas.

I placed a mobile order this morning and upon arrival, the store was closed. The store says it is open at 5:30am, I arrived at 5:45am. Certainly not up to Starbucks standards.

Very nice and cozy Starbucks in Sidney town. Located in the heart of town their town everything is within reach. You can grab a drink and walk to the shore line and enjoy the breeze of ocean wind. Staff is happy to help if you need assist. I recommend the paradise drink it’s absolutely the best drink to pair with summer and the vibe of this town.

Had an unpleasant customer service experience. A girl who works there yelled at the customers that “they are closing in 30 minutes!”. In a few minutes she did a similar loud announcement, again interrupting conversations and making people unwelcome. Cleaning the floor and loudly moving chairs around people sent everyone another message to get out of that place. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Kayleigh is such a great employee. After receiving my drink I went to the washroom and spilled my coffee all over my bare legs.OW! I screamed.Kayleigh was more than happy to help me clean up and gave me a new drink.Let’s just say I had to wipe more than just my bum.

Want to give some props to my trainer. Anna is super attentive to my goals and always tailors our sessions to my capabilities. I never felt that I could injure myself, Anna won`t let me do an exercise incorrectly. So far, I have lost 12 pounds and I feel stronger, healthier, and happier! The studio is quiet and clean with all the equipment you will need. I`ve always felt very safe covid-wise.

Great place to watch the activity on Beacon Avenue. Had to delete one star as store is getting scruffy and needs a thorough cleaning. Front counter seating a little stinky in the corner.People good. Great location.
