Big Asian fellow would not let me in stating it was closed however I saw many people standing inside with their drinks. I asked to purchase coffee and use the washroom and was refused. I went few stores down and the other owner would let me in.

My London fog was scorching hot and although I was extra careful it still burned my tongue. I don't know why Starbucks can't seem to steam their milks to drinking temperature - this is actually my reason for choosing any other coffee place over Starbucks for hot caffeinated drinks.

MOBILE ORDERS NEED TO DIE. I WAITED 15 MINUTES BECAUSE OF MOBILE ORDERS OVERFLOWING. PHYSICAL CUSTOMERS GET LOWER PRIORITY DUE TO TERRIBLE STORE DESIGNIT DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY WHEN EMPLOYEES ARE FORCED TO WORK IN A SINGLE FILE ASSEMBLY LINE WITH A TIGHT WORK SPACE ENVIRONMENT AND THEY ARE ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED

Firstly, the staff at this Starbucks @ SK are simply outstanding. Their warmth, compassion, and care for their customers is truly unparalleled. They go above and beyond to make sure that everyone who walks through their doors feels welcomed and valued. Whether it's taking the time to have a conversation with a worried parent, or simply offering a comforting smile, their kindness is truly appreciated. The menu at this Starbucks is also top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious drinks and food options to choose from. They have everything from hot coffee and tea to refreshing iced beverages, and even tasty pastries and sandwiches. But what really stands out is the way they cater to the needs of families who may be going through tough times. The staff understand that parents and family members who are visiting loved ones in the hospital may need more than just a caffeine boost or a quick snack. They offer a range of comforting food and drink options that are designed to help soothe and nourish the soul. From soothing herbal teas to warm soups and hearty sandwiches, the options are endless.Overall, I cannot recommend this Starbucks enough. The staff are wonderful, the menu is fantastic, and the care and compassion they show to their customers is truly heartwarming. If you find yourself @ SK or visiting a loved one there, make sure to stop by this Starbucks for a much-needed moment of comfort and respite.

2020.09.10. We started our day with a coffee at Starbukcs. Actually it is the across the street location. We sat outside. I got my regular hot Americano with the low fat egg white sandwich.2020.08.31. My first Starbucks coffee since the 8th of August 2020. Love location with seating outside on the sidewalk. The hot Anericano was up to my perfection. A Starbucks coffee is always a Starbucks coffee.

Wonderful staff. I can't remember the last time I was treated so well at a Starbucks. Went in on a Saturday night to the ER at sick kid's and the staff made a trip to the hospital much less stressful.

My son and I have been at Sickkids hospital for over a month now and every other day I go to get my Frappuccino from Starbucks. The Manager there Roger is very sweet and kind and so is his staff. Even on the worst of days where I hardly got any sleep (because my son didn’t have a good night) they always find a way to put a smile on my face .They are always considerate and kind.I definitely would recommend any parent to stop by and get a coffee there if they can because it will definitely make there visit a bit easier ❤️

The new mobile station at this location is a stroke of genius by Starbucks. It has a dedicated barista that hands you your mobile order but also helps the regular orders, so service is quite swift. All they need is to give that barista a piano and she can entertain the crowd while they wait.

I placed an order through the mobile app but the front desk wouldn't let me go pick it up. They told me to call the store to have it brought over to the front desk but the worker in the store refused to bring it and told me to call a 1-800 number for my refund. Biggest waste of time!
