I struggled with sleep apnea for years and finally decided do something about it. My doctor sent me to MedPro and I was happy he did.They promptly got a hold of me and even during covid-19 continued to communicate and set up times that worked for me to meet in person.During my trial I was constantly in communication with their staff via text. They kept in touch regularly and quickly responded to any questions I had.They did all the paperwork to get me pre-approved through my insurance so the claim process for me was painless.If you think you have sleep apnea (or your partner thinks you do) do yourself a favour and get tested. MedPro is a great place to get started on that journey.

Never a great sign when their toll free number is out of service. Been waiting 3 days for a response to an email as well.Can't call or email a company about life saving oxygen for my daughter. Incredible.

Been with them 2.5 years only bright light is my personal rep that I can call anytime, John on the island. As for the company, communication from hospital and home oxygen care goes completely to the wayside, they give medpro recommendations as to new prescription for oxygen and it's wasted effort! After complaining to Medpro in Victoria no apologies, no acceptance of responsibility! Here I am writing a review.

I have been a client of MedPro for about the past 4 years. From day one I have had great care. Even more so since COVID happened. My second CPAP machine which was purchased shortly before COVID, was not working properly. The representative that I spoke to, took the initiative to bring this to the attention of her manager Amanda Weber. Ms. Weber intervened and I had a new replacement unit in less than a month. She went above and beyond in that she made arrangements so I would not have to travel by transit to drop off the faulty CPAP machine. I moved to Coquitlam from the West End earlier this year and despite being so far away from the location, I stayed because of the customer service. This recent experience just reinforces my decision to stay.

Lots of communication issues and lack of timelines led to challenges. After testing the CPAP for weeks, my benefits were about to expire and I asked them to submit the cost for CPAP, but instead they submitted for pre-approval (and missed submitting for my partner). So rather than invoice when requested to ensure payment, we only had pre-approval from the provider and thinking this was still ok, moved forward. I found out 2 months later the provider back dated cancellation and left me owing $2000 on top of the $700 paid. MedPro would not let me return the unit and I am left with full responsibility for payment.

Yesterday (July 9, 2021) I received a letter in the post from MedPro detailing the recall of the Phillips dreamstation 1 and the toxic gases it emits from the first moment you plug it in. That is a full 25 days after the recall was announced on June 14. MedPro allowed all its clients to sleep with this poison every night for 25 nights, blissfully unaware.Cynically, they dated the letter June 28, while posting it a full 10 days later on July 8th (as stamped on my envelope). They could have emailed us within a few days, or even on the 28th of June when they claim to have drafted the letter, but they chose not to.Coastal Sleep notified my friend regarding the recall via email on June 25th. It’s a disgrace that Medpro waited almost a month! Patients/ clients deserve so much better. You are on your own people. I don’t blame the employees, obviously the rot starts at the top.

Very disappointed with Med pro my husband was dying and needed a 10L machine ordered by his Doctor but these people refused the Doctors order, i had to go elsewhere i dont understand this company it was a fight from day 1. Faulty machines having to wait to be serviced. This was my husbands life we are talking about ..Very unfair I would never recommend these people to my worst enemy .

I had a very frustrating experience with this place. I was referred by my doctor and made an appointment to get the assessment equipment. No one told me it needed to be returned the next day until I came for the initial appointment. I was not able to confirm I could return it the next day so they would not lend it to me. Could I return it in three - four days? No. It has to be the next day.They seemed surprised that this could be a problem for some one - I don't know what planet they live on, but some people have full-time jobs and small children, and returning something during business hours the next day with no notice is sometimes not possible.Here's a constructive suggestion for the owner: tell your new intake patients that they need to plan around your equipment constraints when you book them, not when they come in!I won't be back, and will ask my doctor why she referred me to this place.
