Had an amazing experience buying our new (used) SUV! I came in from Sarnia as I was not pleased with the service I've gotten here in town. The SUV is in excellent condition, nobody believes me when I tell them it's a used vehicle! The warranty I got is just incredible and quite a good price as well. The sales rep did notice a scratch that wasn't there when I test drove it and is fixing quickly and efficiently. From front to back their staff is great, helpful, very kind, they listen to what you want, and I brought my crazy 3 year old in to pick up our vehicle and they were great with her too! And get this, I test drove on Saturday and they rushed things for me so I could take it home on Tuesday on the count of my car not being very safe to drive. I was so appreciative of their help thanks GM !!!

I was in need of finding a new car and Salesman, Dave Authier, did just that. I live in Windsor and couldn’t find a Chevy Trailblazer that was available for at least 6 months. Dave was in constant communication with me either by phone, text or email. My new car was actually delivered before I expected it. Totally worth the distance to drive to a “small town” dealership. Much more personal experience than a big city facility. The little extras given and the wonderful feeling that you are a valued customer was refreshing .Totally recommend Riverview GM for your next vehicle purchase.Thanks Dave

I have been looking for a vehicle out of all the dealerships websites this was by far the best and easiest to navigate, kootoos to Riverview gm, my last car was purchased from them they are great to deal with. I'm hoping I can find another vehicle through Riverview gm again, worth to check out their website...

Amazing service before we even stepped foot in the door. We had called and spoke with Tony looking for a specific vehicle. Told he would call us if and when it arrived. Called first thing 3 days later. Made immediate arrangements for us to test drive the vehicle based on our work schedule and our 30 minute commute to their store. Loved the vehicle when we arrived and test drove it!! Tony was so friendly and accommodating. Answered all our questions and was knowledgeable! Alexa the finance manager was so accommodating also! Went above and beyond for us! Still does! We would recommend Riverview GM and their staff to anyone! We love our 2023 Buick Envision! Thanks again Riverview GM!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Josh Hinch for having the vehicle prepped and warmed up for us for our test drive and also for making the buying experience smooth and comfortable.

Very arrogant car salesman. Pushy, spoke to me as if I was less intelligent than he. Told me that if I changed my mind, I couldn't do financing application over the phone the following day. Once he realized I was no longer interested. He spoke with my husband and told him that they would even do the finance app over the phone the following day. Thanks but I will take my business elsewhere.

UPDATE: I want everyone who reads this review to understand this review is about the buying process. And the people I dealt with during this process. It is in no way a review of Riverview as a whole. Having had time to wind down from the excitement of my new wheels and dealing with other departments and issues coming up, I can honestly say. As it is my review below definitely stands. I believe it to be accurate and true. Again for the buying process and sales people named in the review. Please do not take this to mean that I recommend Riverview for anything other than that.I must admit i was wrong all my life!! I am a recovering ford guy, I never thought of buying GM (Chev), but one day in a hurry because my vehicle broke down, and i was in desperate need of something fast, I walked into Riverview after looking at their online used inventory. I fell in love with a red 2018 Silverado True North edition pickup. Came in off the street and Tony was gracious enough to take care of me without an appointment, or anything. I showed him the vehicle i wanted, and the wheels started turning. He handed me off to Alexa who arranged all the finance stuff (she is a genius) next thing i know. IM A CHEVY guy. I have been missing out all my life!! Well I love my new to me Truck And a very big thank you to Tony and Alexa for putting up with me and getting it done in record time.
