Excellent alteration place with good prices and speedy service. I got a bridesmaids dress altered around the bust area for $70 and was ready in 3 weeks. Very happy!

Olga worked tirelessly to get my wedding dress to fit me like a dream. She did a wonderful job and when I brought in two more dresses I got the same great service. She is very busy but she does deliver at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend her!

Was rude to me while getting my dress fitted by making me feel “fat” and made a snarky comment of which I don’t know to coworker and both laughed while looking at me. Told me how much it was gonna he then added a lot more when I went to go pick it up even though over the phone early that day she said one price and got in it was a different price the next day. Was rude and unprofessional wouldn’t recommend going to them. Only reason I did was cause I was in a rush and couldn’t get in else where

I took in a few scrub tops to be altered. I loved the colour and fabric, but the company didn't make the tops small enough for me. The owner was very helpful and did an amazing job! It fits perfectly now! I got her to do another one of my tops because I was so pleased!

I booked Cosmo Tailoring - in February - in anticipation for my wedding dress to arrive in June - and for alterations to be completed before August 1st (Wedding Date). Due to a family emergency and all the craziness that comes with it....I was a MOH for a wedding that was 6 days away and I needed alterations. Without hesitation they got me in right away, went above and beyond and had it done in 3 days !! 5 star from this gal!!

I have used two different tailoring, or alteration companies in Kelowna. This one is by far my favorite. Not only is the quality top notch, but they come in a little less expensive than the other one I have used.Recently, I had a pair of pricey Tilley shorts have the pocket get completely blown out. Just look at the picture, they look brand new!
