Don't take your computer based IELTS here! During my listening exam, the headphone they provided me stopped working and I missed couple important questions. Also first headphone they provided me was not properly working either. Now I have to take the exam again since I ONLY scored 0.5 points less than what I needed in listening. Completely wasted money because of their lack to properly checking and renewing exam equipment.

Never go to this center for a test!! It was a disappointing experience!On the test day, during the Listening section, the staff started moving chairs around at the test center right outside the room, which lasted for a while and was extremely disturbing! In addition, staff were speaking to each other during the Listening exam for a while! I filled out a complaint form to raise these issues, but they just simply disregarded my concerns. They never replied to my email or the written complaint and after I called them a few days later, the management team simply told me that the chairs are not too heavy to make a loud noise!! Their response was totally disappointing and disrespectful!I'd never go back there to take a test! Don't waste your money!

The customer service in Vancouver is excellent. Their staff is very friendly and helpful, and I received a very timely response. I took the exam at the University of Regina and the staff at the test center gave instructions clearly and created a relaxing atmosphere, which helped me to focus on my test all the time. Your team did a wonderful job!

I had a great experience dealing with the staff at the Oxford International office in Vancouver. On the occasion that I had reported a concern regarding the administration of an exam in Kelowna, I received a phone call from the Operations Manger, Chris Curl. He asked me to describe my concerns in full detail and then proceeded to resolve the matter to my absolute satisfaction.I've also communicated a number of times with Annie Vu over email. I would like to thank her for her care and her timely responses to my questions.

I feel this company discriminated against me as an applicant based upon my race. The operations manager was asking me questions about my race/nationality and I feel like he was questioning this. It was so frustrating! It seemed as though he was being rude on video during the zoom call. It was unbelievable. If Vincent would treat me that way, how would he treat students coming from different backgrounds. It was unbelievable!! I am so disappointed. I had prepared so much for the interview and to be subject to mistreatment is a terrible feeling!

As a previous supervisor, I can say that the centre needs more focus on quality of service provided to the candidates, a better treatment of their team and a better implementation of the procedures. They also make mistakes in accounting...This is a private business and that's why they focus on profit. The Complience Manger needs to treat her employees in her office nicer and do not take advantage negatively of her power. The schedule needs to be fair and be distributed to all the examiners not only to her husband examiner. The same for the supervisors and invigilators....The office needs to be more kind to people in general. Good professional people leave! I hope the comments will be revised and will help the organization develop positively!

they literally made me waste my money after several calls and complaints about my passport. they couldn't refund me my money as well. very horrible experience. do not write your exam in this test center, you will regret it. these guys denied me from writing my exams to worsen the case they denied ever seeing any calls which I did several times to the center. till today I wasn't refunded a dime and they don't care. 325$ is a huge money to waste and that was so painful.

Excellent service. I had all my four tests scheduled the same day but half an hour apart. The staff are extremely polite, helpful and professional. The set-up for the exam was perfect. The headphones, computers for the CD tests were in good quality. Measures were taken to ensure the health and safety of the test takers and the atmosphere was very calm and there were no distractions during the tests.

This review is directed to my instructor Mat...he helped me with my writing in as little time as 1 week. I was on a strict deadline...he is an amazing teacher..his teaching style is very unique and he is super fun.. He corrected all my mistakes in 5 lessons!! I am very grateful to Saleem as well who arranged these lessons for me. I would recommend this centre to anyone who is struggling to get their desired band. This is the place to go..some people say its costly but they know what they are doing and they deliver!!! Highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend this location for any test takers! Chris and his colleagues provided exceptional customer service and were able to fit me into an extremely busy schedule, and were highly responsive to any questions and concerns that I had! The testing environment was also highly conducive to examiners success! I highly recommend that anyone with any questions or concerns regarding their exams and scheduling thereof reach out to Chris! He is extremely kind and is a quick and effective problem-solver! I am so grateful for the experiences I have had here, as well as in the San Diego location previously!
