The people at this branch make this branch the best !!They are kind, professional and actually care.Melanie I trust fully to look after my investments for me. She is considerate, understanding, intelligent and very professional. I feel I can rely on her to do the right thing. Recently, I contacted Melanie as I needed a loan and I was set up with Amanda at this branch. I was exceptionally happy once again with the service I received. Amanda’s efficiency was remarkable. A very pleasant experience from start to finish.I have no complaints about this branch and not sure how anyone could ever complain about the fine team that work there! Keep up the great work! HORRIBLE customer service, left feeling appalled, anxious, confused, disrespected, not confident in the teller's abilities, and unappreciated as a client.Would actually love for the branch manager to reach out to me regarding this situation.

Over the past year I have been working with a financial advisor at this branch named Kevin Lum. I am the executor for a friends estate and Kevin helped me process all of their accounts, etc. From the very beginning Kevin was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and efficient. Throughout the course of the past year I have had to work with reps from a number of different banks and creditors, Kevin was by far the most pleasant and helpful. Thank you Kevin!

Staffs need to be trained, they are rude and helpless, today I ended up going to another branch.

My Car loan has paid for all of them, but I don't understand why you are withdrawing again.

No empathy or customer service given. I asked them to do something the Byron branch has done numerous times but they said they couldn't. If this was my home branch I would leave RBC. Horrible experience, dismissive attitude. Terrible.

Went here few times within a week and the service was great. Especially today a young lady, brunette, was kind enough to assist with my over-and-above requests.Very accessible location, close to the mall. Parking available always. Two ATMs right at the entrance.

Bad experience today Feb 23, 2021. Was there for change , not busy at all . Rep did not bother to greet , I have to tell her why I am here . After giving me change she didn't even say have a nice day or thank you for visiting.Someone pls teach them about customer service while working in bank.

Terrible service, staff not very knowledgeable, definitely needs improvements. If Ur able to go to a different location do so saves u time and and hassle.We had a safety box at this location for a while and once we visited to access the box and staff where not able to find our information and denied that we have a box their. What an ordeal !!! It took hours for this issue to resolve , luckily we had our keys and paper documents to show , but still took hours to resolve the issue. We moved out of this branch

Worst customer service ever. I was send here by the Fanshawepark road branch for convenience. But the people in this branch are rude and they refused to help.All I wanted to do was to deposit a draft into my friends RBC account and they refused to do that saying that I'm not an RBC client.I used RBC many times before.Even the manager was rude. He told me that he cannot talk to me because i dont have an RBC account .
