We have used Hot Tub Haulers in the past to move a previous hot tub and received excellent service from Adam. We recently bought a new hot tub which was delivered by another company as part of the purchase package. It was installed in the wrong direction and needed to be turned. We had an electrician booked for the next day so I was madly looking for solutions to this issue and Adam saved the day on very short notice! I would without reservation recommend Adam to anyone looking to move a hot tub. He is a wonderful person and provides quality service.

Spoke to Adam on the phone and he walked me through troubleshooting my hot tub. We needed one small part that Adam had on hand and I could install myself. There was some complex trouble shooting, and he guided me expertly over the phone. Very much appreciated and impressive.
