FirstOnSite were absolutely professional. Having experienced a flood in my basement which totalled my furnace and water tank. FirstOnSite came within hours to evaluate the damage and organized a team to clean-up the mess plus they set me up with a HVAC specialist. I should mention that it was mid February so speed was of the essence. Big shout out to Taras and the crew for their responsiveness and amazing dedication. Much appreciated.

Engaged with Taras at First On Site for as we thought we had a large insurance claim. Turns out the issue was small and resolved through our plumber but the responsiveness and the amazing customer service from Taras are worth mentioning. He was patient in hearing me out, and helped put my concerns at east. Great experience.

Avoid their cars on the road. I encountered an extremely dangerous driver. We were cut off on royal york and then the driver kept break checking & trying to make us hit him, he kept breaking in the middle of roads and holding up traffic, it seemed to upset us and drivers behind us, he was also waving and acting as if this was a joke. This was extremely dangerous to do as it could have caused major accidents especially in rush hour. It was inappropriate and this person should not be on the road. I'm surprised they did this in a company vehicle. The plate started with CJPC. He did this so casually I'm sure this isn't the first or last time this driver will do this.

The most unprofessional, unreliable, incompetent group of people I have ever worked with. My four week repair has taken over 6 months and remains incomplete. The only part of the project that was installed has to be completely ripped out as it was made wrong and installed wrong. Save your money and your time - don't ever hire them unless you have money to burn and don't care about your property because they definitely wont care about you.

Similar experience to John's comment below - my condo also needed restoration from water damage. While I understand there can be delays due to extraneous weather in the winter time I still expect some degree of diligence in the planning and communication. I received none of that - in fact, I was the one calling between material vendor and project manager to figure out the schedule. All I heard was excuses from day 1 until the end with zero efforts being made to let me know of the status of the work when I was almost pleading for updates. One bright side is the involvement of Ben to rectify some of the situation which I am grateful as situation could have turned for the worst. The quality of work is decent but it has taken too much of time and stress out of my time to justify whether it's worth going through the service especially when the repair coming out of my own pocket - at times I wasn't sure whether I am the service provider or a client.

After a recent flood at my property FirstOnSite was able to attend over the weekend and start with the emergency services, that same day. Their team of highly trained and professional staff were able to remove the standing water, assess my contents and dry out my basement with expedited service. They prepared an estimate for the insurance company and were able to close out my claim in a timely manner. I am very thankful for dealing with my project manager, Mat chapman and their technicians who completed the tear out. Steve Fox, the branch manager, was a pleasure to work and walked me through my situation with high level professionalism. First Onsite made the entire process from start to finish a positive one. I cannot say enough about their service, professionalism, and quality of work. I am very happy with FIrstOnsite, they very very professional on time. My suggestion would be see if you can chagne the person who came to install baseboards and patch walls, initially he was good then he wanted to speed up things as a result he missed to install baseboards at two spots and did not patch walls inside furnace room, he gave me some extra piece of drywall and baseboard and asked me to DIY...lol inside furnace room it's okay but the others are not, he was also rigid that he will not install baseboards in wash room and after insisting he installed mdf baseboard in washroom instead of vinyl, the old ones I had were vinyl, since it was a tough day for me I did not bother to push him further. Spl koodos to Mike, Yasmin, folks who came initially for inspection and drying, Flooring, Furnace installation and proQ who did a amazing job.

The Project Manager, Jeff Simpson, was very helpful in walking us through the whole process from the beginning in bringing in crew to mitigate and assess the flood damage, up to the completion of the repairs. Professional and responsive throughout the claims and repair process. Would recommend for ease of mind.
