Service was awful.They were very rude.They couldn't be bothered to open the restaurant according to their own corporate website.Their own internal information said the same thing, and they still denied itI would not recommend this location at all.Avoid it if you can after 11pm and before 7am.The staff are intolerable even for a burger king. Ugh.

I usually avoid this location now, they often mess up our order or it’s cold.The last time we went a couple months ago, there was a big advertisement on the rear fence for whopper Wednesday I do believe, it also had a box on the poster saying make it impossible (Impossible Whopper)They refused to serve me an impossible whopper, they said you can’t have that it has to be a regular Whopper! I told the woman it’s on your own advertisement right on the fence go look yourself, she refused to do it.I just left and I’ve never been back, false advertising or horribly trained staff!!

The food on the Albert Street location is getting really bad.. burgers are cold, onion rings are over cooked and they're sitting way to long there definitely not fresh... I ordered the chicken bacon and cheese burger but was pretty bad old tasting.I don't think I'll be back there again and I always went there before..

Worst burger I've ever eaten in my life I will probably never go back to this location ever, my burger tasted like it was sitting in the fridge for a week plus they served it to me cold. I ordered for dine in but they gave me my food in a bag for takeout and my burger was sloppily thrown together everything was coming out the sides had to remake it myself at my table. After I ate I felt like throwing up and I was surprised that I didn't. This location is comparable to city of regina's dump by the refinery. Smfh, WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!. Date I ate here February 12th 2023 at 5pm

Every time I go I get the wrong burger. Today I went again because it’s once in a blue moon I get the right order but today they messed up and didn’t give me the right things. Every time I call I never get an answer to complain. Not happy

DO NOT EAT HERE! Saw a person leaving with coolers out the back at 5:20 am. Pulled up to the window, the girl was laughing so hard we couldn't order. We were told to pull up to the window. We didn't want the item we asked about. We were told to drive back through the drive thru, and then her speaker was fine again, but still laughing. I got so fed up we pulled up to the window. I demanded every worker come to the window and apologize. We were met with rude arguments when we pointed out that an employee should NOT be sitting on the counter where they pass food to customers. When I demanded an apology it was very insincere. I notified them that the unprofessionalism was so horrific that my young child could di a better job and had better manners than them. They continued laughing, rolling their eyes and said that saying sorry should be good enough. I asked if I ran someone over with a car and said sorry, would that fix it? No.... they all need to be written up and fired immediately. I chose not to order as I didn't trust that I wouldn't end up eating their saliva or worse. Will add photos of each employee.

Bad service. Served with old bad fries, that they're hard to chew. I was the only customer at 7am. And they can't serve me fresh fries? That's outright laziness and plain incompetence, and not caring for the customer's experience. And the older lady who served me on the window was rude!
