Teresa is the actual worst! Absolutely terrible customer service and speaks condescendingly to not only myself, my team members but my business partner who has an account with them as well. I unfortunately am subjected to credit card fraud often given the high volume we use the card for our PR clients, and the second a payment gets declined she sends a rude and threatening email. The last email she sent today was insinuating how little we spend with their company and she will escalate my account to management because I told her to be kinder in her emails/tone.Please note that the balance on my account was for under $30...
