Lived here for about 16 years now. Gone through a lot of superintendents. Our newest one, Jen, has been the best one since Bob left. I do wish I could have some upgrades though lol

I have been living here for over 8 years and can honestly say that the building itself and the superintendent Jen and her family are amazing. The building is always clean and I have no complaints. It is a great family building!

Never had any problems in the year and a half I’ve lived here!The superintendent Jennifer is awesome, always makes sure to go above and beyond to ensure happy tenants ☺️

The new Building Superintendent Jennifer is AMAZING!!! The building has been cleaner than I’ve ever seen in The last few months since she started. I always see her working hard around the building. The building even smells amazing!!! Lol. But seriously!!! If you get a chance to rent here do it!

Lived here for years,clean quiet building and Jennifer is a great landlord too.

I had a appointment this morning to see the apartment when I got there I was told it was taken very disappointing and poorly done you should at least call me this is the way you do your business in future have the courtesy to inform people.

By far best apartment building I've lived in, I believe. Compliments to the landlord, Jennifer. She runs things very well and takes care of the building cleaning more often than I've ever seen a landlord clean! She's great and a very nice lady!

My partner and I came to look at an apartment here, and it was quite off-putting. The building itself isn't so bad, it appeared fairly clean, and the people seemed nice enough, but boy oh boy ladies and gentlemen, the 3rd floor, it absolutely reaked of cigarettes with a hint of B.O.. I mean it's that gross smell of someone smoking in their apartment for 30 days straight kind of smell ya know??.. We politely saw the apartment on that floor and had no intentions of returning or calling. Luckily we are not desperate to move just yet and I am sure they will find someone who smokes too, but on that note , you can still smoke inside apartments in Ontario??!!

Some people would like living here other people would not. Depending on your personal taste would allow someone to live in these apartments.
