Absolutely the most caring staff I have ever encountered. My dog had crucia surgery on Oct 1st and has made an excellent recovery and no more limping! Dr Draper is excellent and you can't even see the scar everything has healed so well. Thank you for everything and giving our girl her stability back.

EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT!Dr Draper and his staff are second to none. Jedd had his second CCL surgery done at Dr Drapers facility.Unfortunately his first surgery on his other leg was completed at a different vet. We can't even compare the two vets in the same category. Dr Draper explains the procedure exceptionally well and the end result was amazing. Alot less bruising, staples done professionally and Jedd adapted so much quicker than his last experience.There is a wait period to get in (that is for a reason, this doctor is that good! as well as his staff)Price - well its expensive to have surgery on any animal, Dr Draper keeps his price point very very reasonable for the exceptional care your animal will receive.The staff is amazing from the first phone call! When you walk in, they are professional, no attitudes and are so pleasant and informative. This place has CUSTOMER SERVICE! Which you don't see much of these days to say the least. Dr Draper and staff fixed our chinese crested pup jouta's badly broken leg when know one in our province could. You would never know it was ever broken, he's right back to his bouncy self. Thank you so much you did a amazing job.

My baby girl has had two FHO surgeries done by Dr. Draper. Him and his staff were so kind and helpful and now my beautiful baby is running around playing and has quality of life. She was born with hip dysplasia and didn’t enjoy moving. Several vets said she was fine and finally Dr.Brenda did an X-ray and delivered some devastating news but suggested we have a consult with Dr. Draper. These two amazing people have made me a firm believer in your only given what you can handle. Please if you ever have a pet that needs surgery for hips, knees broken bones these are the people you want looking after your fur babies.

Dr. Heather Rintoul is an excellent communicator and surgical vet! She really took the time to explain what was going on with our Duck Toller. Her opinions and recommendations were spot on and she made herself available to us, even when we really needed her over a weekend. She made us feel comfortable and conducted multiple follow ups to ensure our course of action was working. We felt our beloved Abbey was in great hands with her and her team! We were really impressed with the Drapers team and our experience during a difficult time with a lot of unknowns. Highly recommend!

I brought my pug Lily here for a lump removal in her paw that no other vet would consider. I was very nervous for her to have the surgery but it went better than I ever could have hoped. Dr.Draper did a fantastic job, 5 months post op and you can’t even tell she had anything done, her paw is normal again. Would highly recommend :)

Pumkyn ripped his knee from its socket, not something a cat normally does. Our options were to amputate, have surgery or euthanize. We of course chose to have surgery. After speaking with other people who have used Dr. Draper's services we were feeling confident that Pumkyn would be okay. Well let me tell you.. Pumkyn is doing GREAT!.. The surgery went extremely well, Dr. Draper used a different technique which paid off and Pumkyn is not only alive but is mobile. Its been 5 months since the surgery and Pumkyn has just a slight limp (which may never go away, but we are okay with that), he is only an indoor cat now and he hasn't complained too much about it. Thank you Dr. Draper and team (you guys were awesome too) for taking such great care of our little one. Now i'm one of those people singing your praises!!!

I visited this hospital long time ago and I feel so bad because I owe this hospital a 5 starts review. I don`t want to share my story but I can tell you the reason I recommend this hospital is becasue they take care of your pets and they treat your pets like their families !

We spent the worst day of our lives here, and still when I think about this vet my heart hurts a little less.We discovered our beloved cat/son had a tumor in his stomach. They answered every question we had, listened to our concerns and offered advice.Unfortunately our son could not be 'fixed', and we made the decision to let him go.The staff at Draper took care of every single arrangement. Cannot say enough about how attentive, kind, respectful and supportive everyone was.They are wonderful. Recommend this incredible place to anyone who's animals need some extra care.

Dr Draper and his exceptional team were amazing with my dog who needed emergency surgery. They fit him in right away and took the time to explain the procedure & any questions that we had. They saved my dogs life. They made us feel so welcome as soon as we walked in the door and we felt confident that he was in the best hands!! You could just tell that they care so much.
