Food Truck Canada

So far we’ve had a good experience leasing our food truck from Gary and Danny. Always very polite and responsive when needed. We will be building our custom truck over the winter and will likely be using food truck Canada to do so. Thanks guys!-Richard and Elise

I test drove my truck to a mechanic prior to purchase with the owner Suki. He was open to my suggestions and worked with me every step of the way. I am really happy with the truck and how the equipment works. Great experience, I will recommend Food Trucks Canada in Calgary to everyone.

I got two trucks from this business. Both were gourmet Hotdog Trucks and everything was done to perfection. The owners listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. I was recommended this place to anyone looking to get a food truck for a long time business!!!

I would suggest to anyone thinking about dealing with these guys to run fast the other way. Issues right from the start, on website page to get quote and build your truck the page shows price ranges for the trucks by size, when you go to check out their inventory of trucks in person prices are $5000+ more that price range on website (bait and switch anyone). Guy at truck dealership rude and threatening. Pick out truck priced much more then price range stated on site. Drive to site where they build kitchen, pay 50% down, told 8 weeks. Eight weeks come and go, text and email, no reply. Text, call and email nothing. Go and check on truck, told delayed due to inspection, notice crack on windshield that was not there when truck purchased. I am told windows just sometimes crack, not their responsibility. Major battle with them regarding them paying to get window fixed. Over next 2 weeks text and send my insurance info so they can safety truck, change ownership and get truck plated (at my cost understandable) and get window replaced while waiting on last inspection. Text again (their prefered mode of communication) set date to pick up truck texting 3 times to confirm everything above completed, told yes. After 11 weeks and 2 days drive 2 hours to pick up truck only to find out no safety done, ownership not transfered, not plated and window not fixed. Had it with them, spoke to boss, we arrange for me to get temporary licence so I can drive back to London and get everything done there, tells me on phone they will give me $400 towards window replacement. Mad rush to get to Service Ontario before they close. Meet guy there with paperwork, pay balance and leave with plates. After 2 hours of running around and waiting finally leave with my truck. Email owner regarding payment for window, tells me he said $200 and that is all he is sending me. NICE!! Workmanship on truck leaves much to be desired, sharp edges on counters and shelving, not to mention took me 4 hours of cleaning to get truck ready for health department inspection. Overall bad experience, lack of customer service skill from everyone I delt with. I would definatly not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Food Truck Canada is an excellent food truck company. very reliable, excellent quality of work , easy to work with and the absolute best prices on the market. They work with you every step of the way and are dedicated to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your product. I recommend Food Truck Canada for anyone new in this industry or experienced looking to grow.

Starting a new business is scary. When my Brother, Neil, my Sister-in-law, Kathleen and I decided to buy a food truck, we didn't know where to start. The guys from Food Truck Canada were amazing to work with and really listened to what we wanted. It was the best decision we have ever made. I worked with Sukhi out of the Calgary location. He was EXCELLENT! I really appreciated his personal attention to all of the details. He was very clear and straightforward about pricing, and he was VERY transparent about the progress and status throughout the build. He always answered texts and phone calls in a timely manner. Do not count on this company to know their building codes and government regulations for food trucks. Make sure you do your research first so that you can ensure they do the job correctly. We had a food trailer constructed at their Calgary division and were assured that it would be built to the correct specs for operation in BC and then had to pay another $3000 to have changes made to the propane lines in order to get a Permit to Operate because the unit didn't comply with government safety regulations. This put us behind opening our business by another month. They would not cover the cost of the required changes. They did pay a small portion of the costs after a considerable amount of discussion. Not good customer service at all. I would suggest taking your hard earned money somewhere else where they actually know their stuff and stand behind their work.

Great service , very informative. This company takes its time with new clients. I never felt rushed, or felt like I could could not succeed in starting up my new business.This has been a great experience, I would definitely recommend, Food Truck Canada to anyone who is looking to start up their new business.Patient , Professional, and highly knowledgeable.
